I called to get the hardware refunded and cancel the service, but they will not refund it until there are three separate technician visits where it is deemed unrepairable. The trust is beyond broken. We leave our dogs at home and would never risk arming faulty hardware for them to listen to the alarms. So the "6 month money back guarantee" is absolute crap! I went over super friendly knocked me out a whole bunch of keys told me that some of the keys might not work because they were weird locks so you know let me go out the door knowing as much knowledge as he could possibly let me know which is always a plus. All of the keys except two work and they were the very unusual key/locks. They have a great selection of hardware like for cabinets and things like that that obviously goes unnoticed because I saw some pieces there that I haven't seen anywhere else that I absolutely love, they also sell safes and all sorts of accessories that have to do with the world of security keys lock safes hardware at your house they're a lot more than a lock, key shop You should check them out.

A dealer found Premier sound for me, which i thought was wierd bc they are sound and security. Anyway, i went in and met with Rick and told him what i wanted..Vacuflo. That is the only one i have ever owned and the only one i like. I have had 3 installed in 3 different houses and my daughters have also used them in their 4 homes. I met with Rick a couple of times and he came to the house twice and by looking around he could see that i have all hardwood with 2 area rugs. He kept telling me that they had to cut large squares in the walls in 3 different areas and then get a painter to patch, tape and paint. I could not understand that at all and i kept questioning it since i have seen 7 installations back home. I gave him the job and not until the end did i see why the walls had to be ripped up. My guy Nick always gave me the Turbocat which i loved because you just attach to pole and go..and since I've always had hardwood it was perfect. Well when Rick's guys hooked this up it all started to make sense. There is a huge heavy electric powerhead that has to be attached to a separate pole and then there is a plug and cord on the vac hose that has to be plugged into the receptacle next to the vac port they installed next to it. I HATE IT MORE THAN ANYTHING. Like i said i kept asking why the huge holes in the walls and he never answered me and kink of snickered. When i told him none of my others were like that he just looked at me and didn't respond. He just about made me feel like a total idiot that didn't know what she was talking about. After using it once..i texted him and he kept putting me off so i went to his office and told him i hate the head and want the Turbocat. He said he could order one for me and i would have to pay for it. i told him i wanted to exchange it since it was used once and he said he couldn't do that..it was like taking a mattress back. I said are you freaking kidding me..its nothing like that. well i got nowhere and now i have this piece of crap for a power head. 7/22... well i just got a new rug that has kind of a high pile and as soon as i put the vac head on the rug it shuts down. i tried to adjust it but it will not work on this rug. So i have this big heavy ugly head that was costly that does not work on 1 of my 2 rugs. I am very dissatisfied with Rick's business dealings..he came to my home he should have seen that i didn't need anything close to that head. I was assuming that he was looking out for my best interest(i was wrong) and seeing i had all wood flooring he never should have given me that power head.
