The technician took a look on the outside of the house and found three different ant hills under the garden mulch, that borders are home. He let me know that he dug out the holes, sprayed them, and then added a "tenting" repellant that would stick around longer most sprays. We've been ant free since January and even with the temperature getting warmer I have yet to see any signs of ants or ant hills. As the weather starts to warm up, this is when all the little creepy Carly is like to come into your house because it's cooler, better call Dustin's!

He is knowledgeable, fun to speak with, professional, and confident that his company would resolve the issue. He said he had a serviceman that could come out within a few days. We exchanged my information as the point of contact, I got some emails and was able to set up an account for my mother, including reoccurring monthly payments. A few days later, we got a text message from Cameron that he was coming to service the home. He arrived timely and gave me a few of those ant traps that work like a charm for inside. He asked about the areas of concerns and when I showed him one area in the backyard, he was on it. He did the webbing and the spraying. He assured me that within a few months that he'd have everything looking better. That was no lie because I feel that after his services everything looked better! He did what we couldn't and there's no harm in asking for help and having the home serviced monthly. The pesticide used was not offensive and did not negatively impact my mother's medical condition. John told me with confidence that they are the best and he's right! One can read from the reviews that they don't have high ratings for no reason. Their customers are happy! I'm at peace knowing that my mom does not have to go out in that hot heat and try to do any webbing and spraying with products that don't work.
