We got a bottle of wine and shared it among the four of us, and it was the perfect spot to relax and hang out. Definitely a great place to catch up with friends or enjoy a drink or two with a date!

Their bench seating makes me think of a biergaarten. I also really like that there's a hand wash station outside of the ones in the bathrooms as well. It is also very dog-friendly and our friends often bring their dogs with them when we sit outside. As this is a brewing company, let's start with their beer. I am always excited to come here as the Touchstone team are always trying out new and exciting combinations for their beer! Of course, this doesn't always mean good, but as a craft beer drinker the fun is trying something new-new--good or bad! I've also noticed that Touchstone is often doing a number of beer collaborations with other breweries which raises my excitement when thinking about going. Good beer needs good food, right? Well, so far everything we have tried at Touchstone has been pretty good. They have great intuition when it comes to flavor pairings and another thing I look forward to going here for! Highlights for me have been their Pepperoni focaccia pizza as well as their braised pork belly sandwich. Lastly, their staff is top-notch and incredibly hospitable. From recommending beer & food to providing samples of the beers before you make your decision. They seem to always be ready to offer rather than make you ask. We come here for their trivia nights which is always a lot of fun, but also competitive!

This place has a CRAZY good selection of brews considering its size. One of the best in the area actually. The bartender (Ming) is exactly what this kinda space needs: super personable, knowledgeable, supportive of the brand, and with a seriously interesting backstory. Dude plays for The Aquabats! Not afraid to talk to ppl, and understands the right balance between sharing his story and asking about yours. Unpretentious, comfortable in his skin, and clearly a good dude at heart. That's the kinda person you wanna support. Catch him on the weekends! I'll be back for more. I'm thinking there's a reason this place has a monster Yelp score...

Has some seating inside and huge patio dining outdoors too. You order inside get your beer or drink and head on out to a bench seating tables . Weather was great to sit outside . We got an order of meatballs to split , and I had the Fig truffle sandwich. It was very tasty and light refreshing . Had a great stout beer to go along with and wife had a pilsner beer that she enjoyed . Fam had gotten some tater tots and something else I can't remember but all in all cool spot to hang out and grab a bite to eat. Service was great too bringing the food out . They have water station as well to get waters which was nice . Would come back again to try more stuff . Enjoy !!!!

And BONUS, they genuinely appear to be having fun, both with each other and the customers. DECOR Comfortable and welcoming like a warm embrace from a dear friend. It is dark in here, real candles (no battery-operated imitations) and it definitely sets the tone as both a lounge and a steakhouse. CLEANLINESS So good in this department! I feel like everyone on staff (ownership included) cares to their bones and makes sure everything is dialed in! LOCATION Perfectly situated in the middle of Broadway Triangle. Love this location! PRICE Reasonable all things considered. OVERALL EXPERIENCE Always a good time! Whether I come alone, with one other person, or with a large party, it's always fantastic. My first time here I came just for drinks with a friend and I enjoyed it so I brought my family back to try them out for dinner. Service was painfully slow. I mean 20 minutes to get drinks in an empty restaurant. The bartender prioritized the patrons sitting at the bar versus the ones ordering from tables. I watched are new people were served at the bar while still waiting for our drinks. Which mind you was a beer, 2 sodas and a whiskey sour, so nothing crazy or time consuming. We ordered our food and it was delivered quickly, as one would assume since you're cooking it yourself. They did forget my shrimp but all good. The steak quality wasn't that great, 3 of the 4 steaks were tough and chewy. There is only one communal grill so keep an eye your food because someone tried taking my shrimp. It can also get full so you have sit around til you can find an empty spot on the grill for your food. Overall, I'd come back for happy hour cocktails but we'll skip the dinner service.

Most recently, I tried the Pimms Rangoon (Gin, Ro Pimm's, fresh lemon, ginger, pineapple, fizzy water) and a wine that I can't recall. The cheeze whiz (house made whipped manchego and parm on crostini) is a must-have. The bread is wonderful as well as the cheese and olive. I'm usually not crazy about green olives, but it worked so well with the cheese. I've had tinned sardines in the past, and they were fine... along the lines of a tin of Fishwife. Next time, I'll probably try another bread & cheese dish. I like the kitschy vibe. And, our servers were nice both times I've gone. If I lived a little closer, I'd probably drop by more often, but I'll keep this place in mind when I want a drink and a small snack to go with it (and dessert at Ginger Elizabeth is next door!).
