I haven't been for awhile, and tonight I was a little disappointed. The food tasted good. However the serving amount was very minimal. I did 2 scoops of shrimp. The scoops were very small. The $1.50 I paid for avacado was 2 slices of avacado. I won't be back anytime soon.

Lexi always prepares our Poke Bowls just right. Always has a great and welcoming attitude. The food is always fresh and you can't go wrong. With the spicy salmon and spicy tuna

Small 2 item poke with shrimp, crab and salmon, cucumber, edemame, corn, red onion over rice with house sauce. So good!

Finally made my way over here today. I placed an order online via poke bowls website not grubhub. It was very easy to find and it's right next door to Little Caesars. I got a text message telling me what time my bowl would be ready. I got there early and waited in my car, playing on my phone. I received another text telling me my bowl was ready earlier than expected. I walked in and I was greeted by a super friendly gentleman. I told him I placed an order, gave my name he handed my bowl to me and I was on my way. Since it's not too far from my house and so easy to place an online order. I will be visiting more often. The food is always delicious.

Came in for a quick dinner. Nestled between Little Caesars and Fire Wings on Elverta Rd in Antelope, CA. Due to state mandate, no indoor dining but I took my order to go. I ordered a Jumbo bowl with 5 proteins: tuna, scallops, salmon, octopus, and albacore. The fish was fresh, sauces was good (not too salty), and the toppings was good. Service was great. Price was higher than some places but worth it!

Half rice/ Half Salad- edamame, crab mox, avocado, seaweed, 1 scoop Salmon, 1 scoop tuna, sesame and creamy dressings, furikake on top

I know coming from Hawaii that I have certain poke expectations and very few places will live up to them. Well, I've only been in Sac area for a few days and was craving some poke. Back home we jokingly call these versions "Poke Salads"-- I don't know too many places that give lettuce and toppings besides furikake and shoyu lol. It was a delicious change up- I think I can adapt! The 2 scoops was more than enough along w the crab mix, edamame, masago, seaweed salad, and two sauce options. Only giving 4 stars because I wish they had more sauce flavors If I'm in the area, I'll def stop on through!

What really sets them apart is the service--they'll deliver directly to your house, a party, or even out on the lake. The customer service is unmatched, and they make the whole experience easy and memorable. We absolutely love Wynn Sushi Box and highly recommend them.

First, the good: ordering was easy, the time estimation was very accurate, and the food was ready quickly. I enjoyed our rolls and the spicy edamame. Textures and flavor were good, and presentation was nice (though inside of a plastic to-go container). Now, the room for improvement: I can't fault the business for the experience picking up the food as I know this is built as a food delivery business, but these ghost kitchens feel hectic and makeshift on the inside. The parking in the lot was actually pretty difficult as it was practically full (I could see that actually being a problem for door dash and grubhub pickups). The food in the photos doesn't really match the food received (because in the photos it is staged and garnished on real plates), and while the flavors were good, the selection and combination of ingredients seems a little limited as most of them had tempura shrimp as a sort of filler and crunch. The prices are decent for sushi, but higher than I'd expect of a delivery only type business since they have such low overhead. I could see the business get a ton more traffic by just dropping the prices by a dollar or two or offering a happy hour for ordering, because as it is, the pricing is similar to a sit down sushi restaurant, without the service, atmosphere, and food presentation that you would normally get in a restaurant. All in all, the sushi was decent. I wouldn't mistake it for Mikuni's or Kru, but it's definitely far better than grocery store sushi too. For the price, I give it a B+. It's a new business and I look forward to trying it again for the sushi pops, and may even cater our next event with them (or Lou if he's available, IYKYK). For a midweek eat, I'd say this is a good alternative to all the run of the mill delivery and fast food in the area, but it's far from replacing the restaurant sushi experience, which is why I can't really rate it higher at this time. If you're wanting to try a new place in the area, give WYNN sushi a shot, but don't set your expectations too high. It's good, but not great.

I always crave Chaodown Poki! I'm thinking I need to be here at least once a week!…read more I was just in here the other day and thinking... I have been to other poki places and nothing compares to the freshness, the flavor... and THE PRICE! I am always satisfied with the flavor and I am so happy that after getting a large bowl (5 scoops of protein!) I have enough to make 2 meals out of it! I always go with their fresh salmon (there is tuna and scallops available as well), but let's start with the base... I have them put in some spring mix in the togo container and then cover that with some white rice. Brown rice is an option as well. Next, you pick your protein. In a separate bowl, they put your protein into it and you have your choice of success they can toss it in. I like a sweet and savory, with some spicy, so I go with sweet and spicy mayo, salty sesame shoyou, sometimes sweet unagi, and definitely add sesame and chili oil... what can I say, I am a saucy girl! Then they put that tossed fresh fish over the base. Then you pick your toppings. There is a soft boiled egg, cucumber, pineapple, crab mix, seaweed salad, kimchee, masago (they also have spicy), jalapenos, green onions, and so many more choices. To top it off, you can add the chili oil, soy sauce, furkake, and crispy wontons. For measly $22 and change your got an easy 2 meals. Please, don't forget to leave a tip! I like to sit inside and eat half here. They are always working hard with online orders and customers walking in. I like to use the chopsticks, but I also get a togo fork as well in case my daughter eats my other half (highly likely!) The biggest reason for this review is that this is the best price around. The best fresh flavor around! If you guys like poki bowls, I absolutely encourage you to come to Chaodown Poki and I promise you'll be a fan, too! There is teriyaki chicken here as well if you aren't down with the fresh taste of fish!

The place had a casual and easygoing vibe to it. We ordered a large bowl to split, but honestly they loaded it up with rice and a bit less fish than expected, so it felt a little light on protein for the size. Still, the salmon and yellowtail were solid and flavorful, and I really liked that they have chili oil as a topping to add some heat. Overall, it's a good option to satisfy your poke craving. Decent portion size and quality for the price. I'd come back to try more combos!

Sushi Star is in a little strip mall behind a Walgreens and located a few doors down from Corner Pocket, which is likely why they stay open to 10pm on weekends. A section of the menu is labeled "Vegetarian Rolls" but most of them are actually vegan. There's also a few veggie appetizer standards: edamame, seaweed salad, sunomono. They also have inari. The seaweed salad was an actual salad... it came served on a bed of spring greens. I liked it. We also tried the AAC (avocado, asparagus, cucumber) and Veggie Rolls. Both were good, but the Veggie Roll was modified to what was actually listed on the menu. It was still tasty though. I liked how the veggie rolls come sauceless by default so I don't have to ask for them to be removed to keep it vegan. Basic = easy. Service was average here, so all in all I would come back when I'm looking for another quick bite of vegan sushi and don't feel like making it myself.

The fish to rice ratio is glorious; they do not skimp out on the cuts of fish at all. My favorites of the nigiri are the yuzu yellowtail and the salmon. These two are easily the best out of them all (and the seared salmon belly, but this is only one order per person). In my opinion, the rolls themselves aren't too noteworthy. But I do check out any specials they have written on the board. We sprinkle in a few of the hot kitchen/appetizer items just to break through the routine of all the raw fish. Some notable items are the takoyaki and baked mussels - also the lychee sorbet for dessert. The staff have been great every time I've visited, too. Once, during a really busy rush, a waitress noticed that we've been waiting for our order for a long time and checked on our items for us. Another time, a waiter gave us a giant bowl of ginger after we requested refills. The latest time, our waitress advised us that the item we ordered wasn't very popular and suggested that we only get one just to try it out first -- and she was a saint for that! That truffle salmon dish wasn't great, but she was wonderful for warning us. We really appreciated the transparency.
