I wish vets would save lives for the morale aspect, beyond just finances. Regardless he was saved in the nick of time, he was a bit stinky when we got him but he was sent with some UR diet and so far is doing better ... he was depressed for the first two days, lethargic and hiding I'd imagine the experience was very stressful for him. I feel the experience hard on myself and my 14 year old daughter as we had to decide to come up with money or euthanize him, we never cried so much as we did that day.

I knew something was wrong and they refused to listen. Pulse Vet was our go-to for years; ever since they first opened their doors, we have brought our dog in for various reasons and it was always such a calming experience. It went downhill so badly after the company was purchased. I rushed my sweet boy in on a Thursday night, knowing something was wrong. He was limp, weak, and wobbly. I asked to do any tests needed because I felt like he was in pain. 4 hours passed in the waiting room and we finally were told that they observed him in the back and nothing was wrong. They took his vitals only, and the vet did not receive my context for bringing him in, nor the photos and videos they asked for that showed what was happening immediately before taking him in. The front desk was not helpful at all when I asked even for a minor update, as if I were inconveniencing them. My sweet boy died 2 days later.

They did everything they could for him and explained it all to me so I could understand. Even at one point when we had a misunderstanding they were extremely professional. They spend a lot of time rescuing stray cats, ensuring they get fixed and have their shots. I had my small dog in getting fixed by their vet, she did very well and stayed the day there.

They usually have some rescue kittens/cats near the front window so it is always fun to visit them while you are shopping. They have a nice big dog wash at the back of the store. Lots of selection for a small store and the prices are good. There is ample parking as it shares a big lot with all the businesses in the strip mall. We have always found a spot right in front of the store though so the parking is spread out well for all the business tenants. The store is clean and bright and the staff have always been excellent! Highly recommend this location.

Sanitizer at the door, they moved the most popular kitty litter next to the door, so I didn't have to make 2 trips down the aisle to get my litter this time. Either they aren't busy, or the times I go are great because I only seem to encounter a couple of customers when I go. Last year I picked up a super sized mug that says Dog Dad - c'mon, how many Dog Dad things have you EVER seen?! They have some unique gifts and the mug turned out to be PERFECT for his microwave noodle soups. Yesterday I noticed that self-serve dog wash is now by appointment only. Sensible so they can control the people and cleaning needed. I also picked up an absolutely gorgeously decorated doggie Hanukkah/Chanuka cookie for a friend's pup! Paws up! We like this shop.

We came in and everything was roped off, the staff looked like they were ready to keep things clean, everything was done for us! All we had to do was walk in, request our cat food, and we were off! It was honestly the best service ever. We were in and out right away. They also wiping down and maintaining all the debit/credit machines. The staff there also gave us the lowdown on the Ultra cat food which is the in-house brand of kitty food. We've been moving our cat over to that recently. He is definitely liking it so far.
