I called the local mower shop to have them check it out on 4/24/26 the day after I bought it. He couldn't fit me until 2 weeks later, 2 weeks ( so just about 4 weeks now not quite) the local guy calls me to tell me the tractor was in a fire, the engine swapped out and there is water in the engine oil.Not good so I called True who had several responses, I must have left it out in the rain, he doesn't know anything about it, it is an As is sale. He proceeded to send me a text and wanted to talk to my local guy.my local guy wants nothing to do with him feels he gives small engine repair guys a bad reputation. i wanted him to work with me but he just did want to be accountable and play the blame game.

We had a reply back within an hour and had arranged for them to come pick it up that afternoon. Keep in mind this is just before a snowstorm and they also a plowing service so they were busy. They had it repaired and brought back to us in less than 48 hours and just before another snowstorm coming this weekend. We would highly recommend them and we will be contacting them just before spring to have our lawnmower service.

I'll show you one picture of my fuel filter that has all dirt and pebbles in it. You never changed it. You never check to see if the guys changed it by. Lawnmower came back with all grass under the protection shields around the belts. They didn't even lift them up to clean that out so sad. I wish I could give you zero stars on Yelp but I can't but I won't be paying you your $750. We'll have to go to small claims court and you won't win because I have all the photographs and pictures of all of the items I gave you to change and you did not.

I found this service online and was curious to try. I had a snowblower that had a few issues and…read moreneeded some maintenance done. Steve was very responsive. I had no way of transporting my snowblower to his shop so he offered to pick it up the same day and return it when the work was done. He was able to diagnose any issues that there was and also made any recommendations that were needed. The pricing was very reasonable. It's a small shop so only cash or check is accepted. I am very pleased with the service I got and will definitely be calling Steve again in the future.
