Nice RV "Place" in the heart of Denton TX. Is mostly full timers, or monthly renters here for work…read morefrom what I see, but don't let that scare ya away as they have spots reserved for the "day or few" campers like me. Large spaces that are level! and have both 30A and 50A on them along with full water and sewer connections. Beautiful mature shade trees abound on this property provided for a surprisingly cool breeze on a hot Texan mid-July day. Nice 8ft deep clean and fresh and cool swimming pool, and yes I took a refreshing dip in it. PS, there's a net to skim the leaves . I am a local (Irving Tx) camper with a travel trailer and I thought I would check it out midweek and i really liked it, nice neighbors, got some "honey-Do's" done, and chilled out. There is a train track bordering the property but, the train conductors only tap on the horn when passing by, rather than laying on it as i have seen elsewhere.

After being respectful all day the manager was very defensive and rude which makes me think they…read moreare shady or just don't give a what. Postage is messed up where your package can show up on someone else's camper step. They do not have a coax splitter ran to each sight. If your looking to pay a ridiculous $700.00 in the middle of the city next to a scrap yard and loud highway sign your self up. I've got to deal with it so join the party! The positives are that the property it's self is very beautiful as well as the community. The residents are super respectful and nice. Very disappointed and it's only the first month. Hopefully time will change my mind!

Grocery stores, highways, great food, everything you need is basically no more than 30 min away. They are pet friendly, have 2 dog parks, they have a pickle ball court, they have an awesome pool and cabana area, gym, game room, amazing bath house, package room for all deliveries. Honestly it's such a cool place. Many long term residents as well. Can't wait to meet more of the people here

A Clean Park Does Not Make Up for Poor Hospitality…read more I moved into Lantana RV Village in May, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. I have never experienced this level of judgment, indifference, and lack of genuine hospitality from a place that is supposed to be in the hospitality business. The biggest issue is the way people are treated. I have found the management/staff and even some of the other guests to be rude, dismissive, and unwilling to be bothered when someone needs assistance. As someone with disabilities, I have found this environment particularly difficult and, at times, incredibly stressful. A community like this should have some level of compassion and willingness to help its residents--not make them feel like an inconvenience. If you value genuine human connection, kindness, and a welcoming atmosphere, I would seriously reconsider staying here. There seems to be very little of that. Too many interactions have left me feeling judged, dismissed, or simply unwelcome. To be fair, the physical park itself is very nice. It is clean, appears safe, the amenities are good, and there are plenty of washers and dryers available. Those are definite positives. Unfortunately, nice facilities don't make up for an unpleasant environment. At the end of the day, paying premium prices to be treated poorly and deal with unnecessary stress simply isn't worth it to me. My experience has been that Lantana RV Village has the amenities of a nice RV park, but not the hospitality. For me, that distinction matters--and I would not recommend it based on my experience. (This doesn't even tell the story of my dog & I being attacked & how I am being treated like it was MY fault.. Just Do Better Lantana RV!)
