They've done a lot of work on their "curb appeal" clearing off old junk, sprucing up their signs, even installing a nice tall new one! Their 1-page website hasn't been updated since 2017, and their facebook lacks details potential tenants are looking for: Is their indoor "Flea Mart" air-conditioned/heated? Pull through available? 30/50? How much? Wifi? How much? Is there parking for longhaul trucks? Dogs allowed? I drive by twice a day and can attest that they are hard working folks! The place looks clean and tidy. As for the type of "atmosphere", I can't say. With gas prices the way they are right now, and their lack of transparency on their online presence, I wouldn't make a separate drive just to see the place unless I knew a lot more about them, to entice me to call them for more info! With 100's of travelers passing by 365 days a year, "curb appeal" is one thing, communicating is another. Either you choose to communicate clearly to the world passing by, or choose to literally get passed by.
