The owner is very friendly, and responsive. He really works hard to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The excellent thing is, he screens his renters very carefully and will also address concerns you may have about any questionable activities you may have seen. This makes everyone feel safer and makes for an excellent living location, especially for those with families.

When…read morewe arrived on the third of June, they had no knowledge of our reservation and no spot that we could park in. They tried to cram us into an undersized, weed-infested spot which we refused to accept. Through today, they have not returned our $100 deposit. It reminds me of the old Seinfeld episode - "You know how to TAKE a reservation, but you don't know how to KEEP a reservation". We find a lot of campsites are less than honest in their advertising and policies, but keeping money for a reservation you had forgotten and couldn't deliver upon takes the cake.

Park is selective of it's residents to integrate into this truly family oriented and exclusive environment. I filled out applications, credit checks, got pet liability insurance as required even though my 11 year old dog has never bitten anyone or any other dog, submitted photos of my Class A RV which looks better than the majority of the trailers they have living there and was rejected by the owner as my coach saying my is too old for their illustrious park. It was the top of the line, half million dollar coach in 1999 and passes as new looking where ever I go Why string me along and reject me without communicating in the first place. Zero stars for the owner's attitude and policy.
