I arrived with a broken ankle and they did everything they could to accomodate me and they did t with such grace and patience. We met the husband, Joey of the ownership duo - in addition to his knowledge and guidance for first time 'floaters' being spot on - he was also just genuinely kind and pleasant to talk to! The entire place is pristinely clean and calming ...and each person is escorted to their own private room for the entire session to include changing, prep, floating, and your own personal shower for after your float! I'm telling you - you have to try it! I completely understand now how people go once and are hooked! I had some light bruising, trouble standing straight, and debilitating stiffness in my lower back. She fosters a connection with me on the table to be able with conversation and personal anecdotes. At the same time, if I don't want to chat, silence prevails and an inner meditation takes over with the light music playing during the session. Initially, I needed her to really focus on the acute injury and not give a general massage. I am very grateful that she obliged. Her practice also extends beyond the table. Hanna encourages mindfulness while on the table. For me I was able to deeply connect with the massage following her words. She also showed me some stretches that greatly helped my back release. Coupled with some PT and chiropractic work, I'm feeling much better. I continue to go to Hanna, have recommended her to many, and will continue to book her for massages at least once a week.

Was condescending and told me how new her type of practice would be new (despite being a long time yogi and attending acupuncture - the meridian flow was initially of interest but she did not ask just made assumptions). Too many cues for her subjective versions of Standard asana, and yet was condescending and corrective as if there on right way to do yoga. Very clear that she has her following and calling out people as if they are doing things "wrong" because they don't put their palms up, down, or sideways is the antithesis of yoga. Her over cued practice was distracting - long warm up with minimal sequence for a flow not dynamic. As a practitioner of over 20 years, I've taken classes with amazing, knowledgeable teachers and have learned to trust myself. l, and recovering from injury while trying to find grounding is what I need and did not find this a safe space to practice.
