I had been suffering from chronic, work related, hand and arm pain for months. It was pretty severe and was keeping me awake at night. It had also begun interfering with my ability to do my job. There was only one pot on his stove, and he didn't do any traditional tongue or pulse diagnosis, which tells me it's something he "prescribes" for everyone with pain. I did not get any pain relief from the treatment. I am disappointed because I wanted and expected Traditional Chinese medicine but got some other kind of hybrid treatment. Maybe it works for some, but, unlike what I love about Chinese medicine, and like what I don't love about western medicine, it seemed too limited and impersonal for me. However, Mr. Tang himself is very nice.

Herbs are often suggested and both raw herbs to be cooked or powder options are available. Appointments usually last approximately 2 hrs.
