It was a terrible install they took the gloss out of an area when trying to remove a seam chip. We came to BAGM with the intent of replacing the damaged counter. When the BAGM person came out to measure the counter he said we didn't need to replace the counter they could repair the area good as new (something Surface Creations said there was no way to repair, so get over it). Low and behold in less than one hour BAGM's Service Rep repaired the defect, good as new! We cannot say enough good things about BAGM. We wanted to use BAGM right from the start but they didn't do backsplashes, and contractors were hard to find so we went with a store that could do it all. Lucky for us the backsplash person did a great job. We highly recommend you consider Bay Area Granite and Marble for your stone countertops. They are good people and very well qualified.

Three months later, I am still waiting for issues to be resolved, with limited to no communication from the company. Multiple doors and drawer fronts were manufactured in the wrong sizes and need replacement. Four additional doors were finished incorrectly. To make matters worse, the hardware holes throughout the project were drilled crooked, causing doors and drawers to be visibly misaligned. The installers were friendly, but friendliness does not make up for poor workmanship, lack of quality control, and inadequate follow-through on warranty and service issues. Had I seen a review describing these kinds of problems before hiring this company, I would have looked elsewhere. In my experience, the biggest issue appears to be the new ownership and the decline in quality and customer service that has followed.

The problem they ran into was getting a whole slab up to my condo. They would have to cut the slab in half in order to get it into the unit. I expected there would be a seam, I did not expect there to be such a gap. The seam also created an uneven surface. I was so very disappointed! I was told by the sales woman who I worked with that this was within their standard deviation. Unfortunately that is not in my standard. I requested, as did my contractor, for someone to smooth it out. A workman came to investigate and told my contractor that they would have to schedule him for a three hour appointment. The owner (new) chose not to honor that and had his sales woman speak to my contractor to say they would not buff it out as that would negate the manufactures warranty. I was willing to take that risk in order to have a flat surface but that was rejected. I am so disappointed! If I had the money, I would have them remove it and get another company replace it. I do not recommend them.

We began the process of looking to replace oak flooring (about 4500 sf) about one year ago. After determining the wood we liked, we looked at so many hardwood floor companies. Since this was a huge task, we needed to be sure in our decision. After looking at some larger, more well known vendors, we ended up going with Dan at Badger Hardwood. Though some other vendors may have fancy commercials, he came across as the person who would best care for our home during the process. Unlike the "big" vendor, he does not have 14 install teams....He has one. To me, this meant the owner would have good quality control, or so I hoped! Dan was patient, understanding to my 1000 questions, and made our job his priority during the destruction (removal of old wood) and creation phase (new wood floor install). We decided to do this project while on a multi week vacation so as to have a smaller impact on our daily lives. Talk about trusting a vendor! Dan and his team took their time to be sure we were all on the same page in the project from the start to every last detail of finish work. I was completely impressed that they took extreme care to ensure my comfort level, and the minimization of dust in our very open concept home. Since we were gone, Dan was readily accessible and took pictures along the way to keep us in the loop of everything happening. The products he recommended (as he knew we had a dog) seem extremely durable, and were exactly what the "big vendor" suggested. I could not be happier with the finished product - it 100% exceeded my expectations. We are now looking at tacking more replacement of tired oak, and this time we will not entertain other companies. Though Badger Hardwood is not the biggest company, they worked with us much better than the more well known hardwood installers. I also appreciated Dan's easy personality and attention to detail. Truly, changing the hardwood from oak to hickory was an experience that took our home from "nice" to "exceptional". I feel like I am in a brand new home! If you are stuck in the "oak rut" from a home built in the 90s, new hardwood will completely transform your home! The second part was the installation. The crew started with installing the counters and sinks in the bathrooms. Next they began working on the kitchen. During the installation, the installer received a phone call that his wife began ill and was taken to the hospital by ambulance. He took the time to make sure the plumbing connections could be made, so we wouldn't be left with a kitchen that couldn't be used before he left. Part 3, Codi the installation manager came to expertly put the final touches on the install. The counters look beautiful. In the end, the counters and sinks in the bathrooms and kitchen look great and most importantly the installers wife is on the mend. We would recommend Stone Innovations for your counter/remodeling needs.

She was supportive and honest. The gentlemen that installed to counter were courteous, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. They also explained the process. I reached out for help but was told there was nothing they could to help assure my counters looked as they did when installed. I have tried many products to try to rectify and nothing has worked. I am now removing these counters, that were very expensive and have asked Natural Encounters to at least remove the product they installed if they will not stand by their quality. Even this request was turned down as they deem it a liability. For this cost, look for a company that will stand behind their product.
