My cat was starting to become sick and didn't have a primary vet. I called and they were able to…read moresqueeze me in for an appointment that day to help her out. The staff were all kind and helpful. You could tell that everyone working there genuinely cared about animals. The visit was very reasonably priced (just under $100 with medicine and claw clipping). I am very happy with this visit and the help they provided to get my cat, KitCat feeling better. :) You guys rock!

Have gone there for many years. Was fired as a patient/customer today for i am not really sure…read morewhat. Years ago this was a pretty good vet, then they got bought out, and since i have never seen the same DVM two years running. Took my dog in today to get bloodwork done, and to get a lump tested to see if if she has cancer again. The new, very young vet listened to me explain the reasons i had come in (for maybe $500-600 worth of services), and responded by trying to upsell me on testing/meds for osteoarthritis. For context, i have never been to this office without several upselling attempts by staff. I explained that i was looking at a very expensive visit today, likely followed by thousands of dollars of cancer treatment, and that i was not interested in discussing arthritis today. The vet had no idea about testing costs, so someone else was brought in to explain that. There was a long pause, and then the office manager came, and reproved me at great length, in very vague and confusing language, for being dismissive to her staff, and told me i was free to leave with no charges if i wanted to. I said that i would rather proceed with getting the services that i came in for. Apparently this was the wrong answer. She then told me that they did not want to provide me with any services. A thoroughly weird experience.

This is an update from a review I wrote previously. I do not have enough good things to say…read more I have now been here twice with very different outcomes, though both ended exactly as they "should." The first time was 6 years ago with my dog who was bitten by a venomous snake on a hike. By all accounts, he should have died. They absolutely saved his life and kept me updated every step of the way (it was covid, so I couldn't even go in with him). He had to stay overnight for 2 nights and the vet even called me at 10pm with progress reports. They gave me an estimate range, and while it's expensive to save your dog from a copperhead snake bite, the bill actually came in at the very lowest end of the range. They were phenomenal. My dog fully recovered and is happy and healthy. Today, I visited again with my 15 year old cat who needed to be put down suddenly and our local vet was closed. Once again, they could not have been more thoughtful in how they handled us and our beloved cat. The vet explained things clearly and sensitively. Immediately, they offered to sedate him in the exam room with us so that he wouldn't have to be scared and taken away. They brought in a bed for him and we were able to be with him and pet him until the end. It was the least stressful it could have been for our cat. Every staff member was sensitive, respectful, and accommodating. I'm incredibly grateful. Two of the worst days of our lives could have been much, much worse without the care we received.

Lovely to see this review just now. "Your here for me"?…read more My dying dog needed you and we were refused an alleged 24/7 emergency vet clinic/hospital. You could pick up the phone though to refuse treatment. Put that in your ad's! You should be ashamed of yourselves. Shame on this practice for misleading marketing and blatant lies.

The very best veterinary facility I have encountered in over 25 years of owning pets. Dr. Solomons…read morehas obviously created a community of pet loving employees that treat their customers' pets (as well as my beloved boxers) as if they were their own. From the moment we moved to the area and established a relationship with the clinic, they have been nothing but supportive, extraordinarily professional, and above the call of duty caring for our pets. Our boy Travis recently needed surgery of the mouth, and Dr. Solomons called us throughout that evening and literally met us at the clinic at midnight due to some possible complications. We were flabbergasted at this level of concern and care. Living so close to Middlehope Veterinary has enhanced our experience in moving to the area, and we are now certainly customers for life.

After speaking with Meredith at Middle Hope and seeing the reply .What they say and what they…read moreactually do is not out for the true concern of the animals. Remember a written response is just words. Actions speak louder than words. For those who still go there all the best luck and hope you never have any issues with them and all those who are considering think before deciding who you choose for your pets well being. There are many vets out there who are out for your pets best interest. Also, repeat sedation is also not safe for your animals so the fact that all they continuously want to do is medicate and sedate because they have no other options to deal with animals who have any issues is not a positive. A side note that we have used Middle Hope for years and this is how they treat their patients so again their concern of best interest for the animals is only to protect themselves and not try to work with animals that have issues.. The concern that Middlehope states about giving prescription medication for was about my dogs ear and I was asking for ear drops not pills. They can say what they want to continue to defend themselves and their facility but in the end they are not for the well being of the animals. They want things only their way. They are just money grabbers trying to take over the area with their continued expansion. Trust me when I say do your homework there are many other better vets out for the well being of your family members.
