I loved that she gave me choices but not too many that it would overwhelm me, at a price point that fit my project budget. Her knowledge base of many different product lines such as American Standard, Bosch, Kohler, etc.... was impressive. I would love to say, that my experience with my contractor has been as amazing as the one with Kelley. However, it has not been and I've encountered many issues that I had no idea how to handle. Each time, I reached out to Kelley and she gave me direction and contacts to help me resolve the situation. I realize, she absolutely didn't have to help me and received no monetary benefit which is a testament to her work ethics and going far above and beyond the call of duty. I absolutely, will use Kelley again in my master bathroom remodel. I have sung her praises to my friends when discussing the excellent customer service I have received from her. Great showroom and after an hour the only thing we got was some shitty catalogs.
