One of the best cheesesteaks I've ever had

I planned to go to Angelo's but I forgot how early they close so I took the 45 minute drive to stolis and I would absolutely do it again! Idk I might have a new favorite Philly The rib eye is so fresh Cooper Sharp not too overpowering Try it on garlic bread Service 10/10

Stoli's does the cheese steak proud. Choice of seeded, plain or even garlic bread roll all filled with the perfect mixtures of cheese melted within the cracks and crevices of the expertly cooked tender juicy beef. Simple bar seating along the window if you can't wait to get home to enjoy your Philly favorite.

If you haven't been to Stoli's yet, you're either living under a rock, or in South Philly and too lazy to make the drive . Fresh shaved ribeye (and lots of it), cooper sharp, delicious fried onions, on your choice of a seeded or non seeded Carangi roll. $16 which is in line with or cheaper than anywhere else serving a steak of this quality. The staff here were very nice, we (Foodula, Godfather of Meat, and myself) had a good conversation with the cook on duty when we went and I've since spoken with the owner and he was very nice as well. Seating is minimal but it worked for us to get our steak on. Would absolutely recommend this spot to anyone looking to try a new spot (if you haven't already). Stoli's for sure - Didn't Suck!

Stoli's is one of the top cheesesteak contenders in the city, they're certainly number one in the Northeast. They use seeded rolls which are phenomenal, the perfect amount of chew and they do well soaking up any juice or cheese. I typically go Cooper with, but occasionally I'll be craving some Whiz and get their American/Whiz with fried onions. They're always good, the staff is phenomenal and typically pretty quick. If I had one critique, they use slightly more black pepper on their steaks than I care for. It's not extreme by any means but it's there. This is a personal thing of mine, but it does not take away from the quality that they're doing.

Chicken cheesesteak with provolone cheese & fried onions, and mozzarella sticks

I was looking for a spot to get cheesesteaks and this restaurant came up as a suggestion on my Uber Eats account. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with provolone and fried onions, mozzarella sticks, and a can of iced tea. The food was delicious! It was nice and warm when I received it. My only minor complaints: The mozzarella sticks only came with 5 sticks. That's a little under $2.00 per stick. I think that's a little expensive for only 5 sticks, but I understand the price is increased on Uber Eats. A small can of iced tea was $3.25. I understand if it was a bottle of iced tea. But a small can????? All in all, I would probably order from here again.

I got a Cooper Sharp wit fried onions and long hots. It was on point. The roll which I think was seeded Liciuos was super fresh and the meat was excellent. I never say the best but this is definitely worth a return trip. I also had cheese fries

We've ordered from Uber eats a few times and the bread is delicious (sesame), and they're not stingy with the steak. Give this place a shot!

I didn't even realize it right away, but somehow the team tracked me down at my hotel (!!). I was able to come back a couple hours later and everything was exactly as I left it. A huge thank you to Zktlko (I hope I'm spelling that right) who went out of his way to make sure I got it back. That level of care is rare and meant so much in a stressful moment. And on top of that--the food is incredible. We had the hoagies, and they were hands down the best cheesesteaks we tried in the city. Amazing people, amazing food. Grateful we stopped here.

I ended up coming back here twice because the food was just so good! It was a chilly evening both nights. When I walked inside the restaurant, the team had greeted me and asked if it was my first time, which it was! You could order at the Kiosks inside the restaurant, or at the front register. There wasn't anyone ahead of me so I ended up looking over the menu first before ordering. Cleavers offers cheesesteaks, beef, chicken, or veggie. You can also get it in a roll, wrap or bowl. Some of their sandwiches include the following Papa's Favorite Steak The Cleaver Effin Hot Steak Zinger Steak Chicken Cheesesteak Hoagie BBQ Chicken Chicken Parm and so much more! If you're looking for alternatives to the sandwiches, Cleavers does offer salads, Fries, egg rolls, chicken fingers, mozzarella sticks, onion rings, desserts and other options! I ended up getting the Cheesesteak Hoagie both nights, but tried different cheeses out. The first night I had the cheese whiz and the second evening I had the Cooper American cheese. I only had the steak and cheese on the seeded roll. I didn't wait long for my to go order, about 10 minutes. The walk back to the hotel was about 5 minutes, but the team at Cleavers wrapped my cheesesteak perfectly! It was still warm by the time I got back to the hotel. There is seating inside the restaurant though on the second level! Cleavers has my favorite cheesesteak. I enjoyed both the cheese whiz and the Cooper American cheese. The steak used was juicy and tender. The sandwich was huge! The Philly cheesesteak restaurants I go to in Vegas don't have seeded rolls, and you can tell the difference! The flavor was just so amazing! If you're local to Philly and craving cheesesteaks, I highly recommend going to Cleavers! The team members are great at the restaurant and the cheesesteaks were amazing!

After placing the order we waited about 20 mins to get our food. Those 20 mins were well worth the wait! The cheesesteak was a giant portion, easily split between two people if not three. So we came back the Wednesday after Easter for lunch. There was a very small line. The store is tiny. There appears to be an upstairs but I am assuming that is for VIPs and staff hehehe. Really there is just the opening to the store and that is it. Alot of the process is spent outside in line and waiting for your food. So plan accordingly... weather. Ordering and pick up was a little hectic. For us on this day, you order to the left, and pick up on the right. They take cash and card. Once your order is placed you will pay upon pick up. They will text your phone once your order is ready. Instead of my husband and so going with me to pick up and crowded the door entrance, I was the one who went in and picked up the order. We ordered the tomato pie and a philly cheese steak with cooper sharp. The tomato pie was fantastic. It had a thin layer for tomato sauce, then sprinkled with some Italian herbs. It was warm and really hit the spot. I hope to go back and get some pother pizza. They do not do slices, only whole pies. The cheese steak was amazing. I got it with grilled onions and the cooper sharp. The cheese and onions were wrapped together with the beef and nestled in a soft roll. They had many types of cheese to choose from and many types of cheesesteaks to choose. They even had a chicken steak. I have heard amazing things about a lot of other items on their menu. The staff were working their tails off. There were two female cashiers upfront taking orders, and handing off orders. Pay attention to signs, know what you want to order before getting in line if the line is very short. They are loud and will call out when they can help someone. Be respectful to other businesses in the surrounding area and personal residences. Try not to wait around the entrance to Angelo's as it becomes confusing and crowded. Pricing is on point with other locations. This place gets a high rating for good reason. I highly recommend coming here.
