This was irritating because I had to keep asking my friend to hang around because they were supposed to be delivered. Not life changing, but certainly annoying. I know people can have different experiences, but from my experience living in the Polish neighborhood for over 3 years it's kind of the culture to let you do your thing and only help if you need it, or be blunt and straight to the point...they were always polite to me, and my Polish is non-existent. They thought we wouldn't open the wrapping on the bouquet and see the rotting part but you can quite literally smell the rot. Not only that the bow looked like it was smushed in there or carelessly added. It's even more frustrating considering that we've been customers for as long as we've been and my dad also left this woman a TIP. Ridiculous behavior and I can't believe they'd do something like this to basically lifelong customers.

Disappointed with corsage for my granddaughter's graduation…read more I ordered a wrist corsage for my granddaughter's elementary school graduation and was very disappointed. When I arrived at the scheduled pickup time, the florist told me, "Sorry, I forgot. Can you wait 30 minutes?" I couldn't, so I had to make a second trip back the next day. The corsage cost $40 but had only four carnations and some greenery, and it did not feel worth the price. They were also out of plastic boxes and handed it to me in a paper bag, which made for a poor presentation for a special gift. Overall, I was unhappy with the cost, the quality, the forgotten order, and the careless packaging.
