Dr. Stolarsky is the kindest, most gentle dentist ever. The staff is great and the care is top notch. The office is also very clean.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Aicos Dental Group in Garfield, Ohio was so…read moreunacceptable that I feel obligated to warn others. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere from the receptionist and the guy right behind them was amazing as always is, never had any issues with them ever they are nice to me. The dentist provider who evidently is the owner Aicos was disrespectful, dismissive, and spoke to me rudely, making the entire visit extremely stressful. The student and I could be wrong with the title tried to take a picture after Aicos the woman did the cleaning, she couldn't get the picture. She tried once and then went into the hallway and asked if someone could push the button for her which is normal had this happen everytime before. Aicos came in and she told the young lady to push the button while she tried to take the picture, I held it, she held it and after 10 times she still could not get the picture. Keep in mind number 6 cut my tongue down the side which I realized when I got outside, I asked her nicely calmly if the young lady could try once and she push the button. I am saying evidently due to her title as a dentist this was disrespectful to her because when I asked she immediately told me that I could get up and leave and they would not submit prior auth's totally wacky. I know I am from Ohio there are plenty of dentist that accept Medicaid and care about the treatment they provide. I have never had this issue here after I have paid my money out of pocket on numerous occasions but I will never go back because I have other options this office will never, ever be one please do not go here there is so much going on but you do not have to be treated with no care and disrespectfully. I went in expecting professional care and basic respect -- instead, I was treated with attitude and condescension. It's disappointing to see this kind of behavior from someone who runs a medical practice. No patient deserves to be talked to this way. If you are looking for a dental office that values compassion, communication, and respect, please go elsewhere. There are many dentists who accept Medicaid and treat their patients with kindness. Unfortunately, this office is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration -- find a provider who actually cares about their patients and treats everyone with dignity. 1 star (if I could give zero, I would)

She cut me off and raised her voice at me for no reason. Not to mention, their billing has been screwed up for years. They haven't fixed it yet. I was told they would, but it hasn't happend. I'll be seeking a new dentist. Especially since they are only open on Wednesdays in Garfield Heights now. I am done with Aicos dental. I will say, the dentist herself is very good but I have seen her with an attitude with the techs before.

This dentist office is absolutely horrible. I am not the type of person to leave reviews, but it…read moremust be said they are extremely unprofessional and the dentist. there not thorough. They missed a dental infection for five years, which caused me to have bone loss. They managed to put a crown on a tooth without doing the root canal and removing the infection. Every time you go they will try to put a crown on your teeth, even if it is unnecessary. They missed blatant signs of a dental infection but are able to tell an old filling needs a crown interesting. When you voice your concerns about the improper care they argue with you even in you've got a second opinion already. They failed to provide the standard of care that is required for the Ohio dental board and I will be reporting.

Anyway, the permanent crown finally arrived and Dr. Yarovitsky "Assisted" the dental assistant who did most of the work cementing my tooth in and then told me not to eat on that side of my mouth for two to three hours...I didn't eat on that side of my mouth for around six hours...Well that "Permanent" crown came out as I was eating breakfast after being implanted well over a month ago...I went in to see the dentist and let her know that I was disappointed that my crown came out and her response was, "Things Happen!"...Just like that and I said well it was supposed to be a permanent crown so I don't think it should have happened and she said, again, " Things Happen!"...I told her that I didn't think that was a professional way to respond to my concern...The Long and Short of It was this was the worse experience I've ever had at a dentist office and I wish I had never gone to this Hudec dentist office.. I was trying to be polite and civil, but eventually I had to just take them myself, after a brief confrontation that was entirely unnecessary, despite trying to make it easy for them and being as honest as I could. There is no law existing that says a patient cannot keep teeth extracted. It may be frowned upon by OSHA standards, but it is NOT illegal for a dentist to let their patient keep extracted teeth. I came with a biohazard bag, explained ahead of time, but they did not care. I've had multiple teeth extracted from multiple dentists and they had no issue with it. Here is a link the the official CDC website that will confirm my statements: https://www.cdc.gov/oralhealth/infectioncontrol/faqs/extracted-teeth.html. This blatant disrespect and uncivil attitude towards my religion will not be forgotten. I plan on vocalizing what happened here to my community, and share my experience with other people of similar Faith, so this never happens to anyone again.
