Saw on website to drop off by 9am for same day service... didn't need same day service, so I went in around 9:45 on Friday. The woman says the soonest they could have it ready is Monday. I let her know we're from out of town & have a holiday party tomorrow, is there any chance they could manage to get it done by then? She rudely says, "No, it's too late for today and we haven't cleaned on Saturdays in over two years." I literally *just* said we're from out of town - how am I supposed to know that? I double checked after I left, and I still don't see that information anywhere on their website... that being said, their website is a mess, so I suppose that information could be buried somewhere & I just missed it. Anyway, no idea if they are any good, but the woman was super rude, so we definitely won't go back to Burlington Cleaners in the future!

She was charged $185. FOR JUST A HEM. When confronted about the price, she was laughed at. She was told the dress was "wide at the bottom"...it is a dress afterall so it should be wider at the bottom. When she showed receipts from what the other bridesmaids paid, the response was "oh they must not have gone a good job". When she mentioned what other places locally were charging, the response was "well we do a good job" None of this explains why they are charging QUADRUPLE what other places charge and what others have paid at different locations. Do not take your business here. It is complete robbery. Taking advantage of people is nothing to laugh at, especially in this economy. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

They checked the dress when dropped off and did not say anything about a stain. I picked it up 2 hours before the wedding I had and there were steam stains all over the dress. I couldn't wear my $200 dress because of the BLACK stains they left on my maroon dress. I called to complain and demanded a refund because the owner hung up on me 3 times in the middle of me talking. She was blaming me and taking zero accountability. She was not professional and extremely rude for disconnecting the phone since she didn't wanna hear they ruined my dress. If you have a problem they are always ready to help and we've never had any problems with the attendants... I've noticed that the dryers here are much better than other laundromats... They dry clothes faster than other places I've been... This is not a coin Laundromat... Your first visit you receive a plastic card similar to a credit card that you use to operate the machines... I recommend that you register your card in the machine, that way if you lose it they will replace your card and any money that was on the card... Let's face it a laundromat is a laundromat, they provide a service to people that don't have washers and dryers right... Actually that's wrong, they do provide a service and you do wash your clothes there... The difference here is the machines are cleaned inside and out not periodically but during each shift... You can also drop your clothes off and the attendants will wash and fold your laundry...
