It took them just over a month to figure out exactly what was wrong with my laptop's ability to charge, and because my previous repair was faulty, they weren't able to fix it. But they were very upfront about the process, and even though it took them a month they didn't charge anything for their time when it turned out my laptop was beyond repair. MTE knows what they're doing and are easy to deal with, and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

I spoke with Daniel, who was immensely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me how to fix the problem without having my parents bring in their computer. Very patient and genuinely nice man. I had such a pleasant experience, as well as my parents when they had to call him and seek more help with their computer. I'm glad that I stumbled across The Computer Savior on Yelp! 10000/10 recommend this business to anyone having computer problems. There's a lot of people out there that are greedy and will waste your time and money, but not Daniel! I will absolutely be calling in the future with any other problems I have with my computer, and you should too!!

This seems to be an ongoing problem over the last 20 years simple things like Furniture blocks to keep your customers carpet from being stained , they will say sorry that orders coming in next week what are we supposed to do this week? Out of Stock things that you count on for your everyday business they are supposed to be a supply house , so we don't have to store large amounts of the product that we use if we did we would be the supply house. They are not there to help you be successful in your business, your problem, is not necessarily theirs. I will be doing their job from now on keeping track of my stock and ordering on the internet.

In the days of big box stores and online shopping, having a beautiful store of unique finds in…read moreModesto is a gem! I don't want people coming to my house and recognizing the furniture I have from other stores. I ordered a sectional for my new home (I got to pick out the layout of the sectional, the fabric, and even the fabrics for the accent pillows) and ended up walking away with a new dining table too. I even had the option to have the furniture delivered for a nominal extra fee. The furniture is good quality, and the price is not much more than what you'd pay for furniture anywhere else. I'd highly recommend looking here before committing to furniture from anywhere else. I love just randomly perusing the store every season or so too; it's always changing and always decorated exceptionally well. The fact that they even have sales and a points / reward program is the icing on the cake. Truly thankful to have this store in the Modesto area.

I was denied my discount, denied an exchange, and treated extremely poorly. Pamela who helped me had the worst attitude and said this was a private sale. How can it be private if there is a large banner on the building OPEN HOUSE!! They STOLED MY MONEY!! My credit card company was shocked and disgusted at Pamelas attitude.
