Their staff is unhygienic, with long nails, ill kept clothes, loose hair, no name tags, and completely unprofessional. You would have to possess negative empathy to work at this location, as they actively seemed to enjoy watching my elderly mother suffer. This will be a medical nightmare that I will never forget. Explained everything every step of the way. Prior to getting called back, there was an older gentleman that did pay for his services prior to coming to quest. He was very cordial and said he didn't live far away and that he could just go home and take care of it. Sierra and another woman helped him to figure it out on his phone. They were so patient with him. I would be honored if they treated my dad like that. Couldn't recommend them enough!!

I want to clarify that this review is specifically because of one employee. Another woman who assisted me was kind and professional, and I had no issues with her. Unfortunately, the employee who initially attended to us had a very bad attitude from the moment we arrived and provided extremely poor customer service. I do not speak English fluently, and I felt that this employee was disrespectful and mocked me because of the language barrier. She began speaking about me in English with the receptionist while I was standing right there, which I found extremely inappropriate and humiliating. Based on the way I was treated, I felt that her behavior was racist and discriminatory. We arrived about 30 minutes early for our appointment. We were waiting outside because the office was very cold, and the screen indicated that patients could wait outside. The employee said that she had been calling for us inside the waiting room and that we were outside. She then said that she was going to take her lunch break and that she was not going to attend us. There was absolutely no reason for the situation to be handled with such an attitude. A simple explanation or request for us to come inside would have been enough. It is unfortunate that because of one employee's racist and disrespectful behavior, the entire business is affected in my experience. The other employee who helped me was actually very nice, but the way I was treated by the first employee left a very negative impression. Very poor customer service and an extremely uncomfortable experience. I would not recommend this location based on how I was treated.
