We hired Beth to do face painting at our twins birthday party yesterday. She was fabulous!…read moreIncredibly professional and poised, cool under pressure and every child was painted quickly and beautifully. The party was originally supposed to be outdoors but due to weather we moved it inside at the last minute. Picture 45 seven year olds running around, screaming and dancing for two hours, these were the conditions under which Beth had to work. She handled it perfectly, organized the kids so there was no line jumping or fighting and was totally under control under fairly wild circumstances. She had a variety of designs to chose from and every child was ecstatic with their face painting. I would highly recommend her for your next event!

I swear this must have been fate or just pure luck, but she was absolutely amazing! Het artistic skills went way beyond my expectations. I have hired face painter/balloon twisters in the past, but none have come close to the work Beth did for my party. All of my guests were so pleased with the designs they chose, not only the kiddies, but even the adults wanted their faces painted! Some have also inquired about how/where I found Beth, so that they can book her for future events. My girls & I are 1000% satisfied, and would totally recommend Beth to anyone looking to hire an awesome talented face painter. Book her for your next event, you will not be disappointed

He did both print and cursive and helped find the perfect placements for all 3 tattoos. He was great to talk to and made me very comfortable even adjusting the AC in the studio so I didn't freeze

I had an idea for a tattoo that I had been mulling around in my head for more than a few years. It…read morewasn't going to be just any ink job--this was going to be a half-sleeve that represented basically everything in my life that mattered to me at the time (and still does). The art needed to be how I imagined it, but I also needed some direction on the composition. After finding Louis Barak in an online article, I looked up his Instagram and found that his style was the perfect blend of abstract colors and realistic rendering for my piece. I brought him my idea, of a cottage nestled under a starry sky and a large evergreen tree reaching into the universal abyss. I had an exact idea of how the cottage and tree should look, but I let him run with the universe-scape. I was not disappointed. The piece he showed me on paper was better than anything I could have thought up, let alone drawn myself. The sessions themselves were anything but boring--Louis let me play old-school hip-hop in his new studio and I think I got more out of our time together than any money I've spent on a therapist. Louis Barak is not only an incredible artist with the needle, but he is also a stand-up gentleman; a family man, a conscientious citizen, and a progressive thinker. As long as I live in Chicago, I won't be going to anyone else.

I can't say they have ever been disrespectful, untrustworthy, or untalented. Everyone has their own opinions. This is mine. I feel each time I've come in, I've had everything explained to me to the point of where a child could understand it. The prices are very reasonable and they also do a lot more than expected for the amount of money. I usually would look at a place like this and not give it another glance, BUT they have been very professional and VERY sanitary. Everything used is new and sterile. Most people can't deal with pain but for myself I've experienced a lot in my life so the little pricks of the needles are a lot less painless than the bumps and bruises of life. I would name different people but I feel they were ALL very professional and all did great work. Basically, I knew what I wanted and was satisfied with each particular service given to myself. My husband has also gotten work done here and I'm very please with the work he had done as well. All in all I would recommend 7/10/19 Today I went to get a cover up. Let's just say it was beautiful.
