I've gotten my eyebrows waxed in a few other places (Mario triccoci, benefit brows, and Ulta) and the results do not compare to how this lady shapes my eyebrows with her thread. However, threading is much more painful than waxing. My eyes water and I silently cry every time haha. But the results are worth it. I got my hair cut and died here maybe 10 years ago or so. I think it was fine but I mainly just come here for eyebrows now. I hope this place stays in business for a long time!

Every interaction my daughter and I had with them this evening starting with our phone conservation was handled in such a positive and genuine manner that we felt like family. (no, i am not upset at the apprentice they handled the situation very well but they also were watching a movie on the TV that they have while doing my tattoo...) an hour goes by and my tattoo is finished, it got wrapped up they took pictures and off i went. I got home and my tattoo was missing a nose, minor piece just a dot but still it makes a difference. I went back later that day and they said they could fix it the next. FASFORWARD THE NEXT DAY... i walk into the shop the apprentice is sick so now the actual tattoo artist has to fix it. Great. They did not have the picture of my tattoo up they just put whatever they felt looked right and when they asked if there was anything else that was missed they asked in such a rude way like they were being inconvenienced by fixing my tattoo that THEYRE apprentice messed up... i'm not going back there nor letting anyone close to me go to this tattoo business. i'm sorry this was so long.
