The decor is contemporary, clean and bright. The servers are attentive and polite. The menu looks good. There are noodle soups, rice dishes, and appetizers. However, the food was lacking in spice. I ordered a chicken kaprow that had three pepper icons next to its name on the menu; however, it was not spicy at all. My son ordered fried rice. The portion size was very large and generous, but it was too buttery and too oily. Based on the commercial, I saw on my hotel television, I expected this to be more authentic, but it was not. It's Americanized Asian food, so set your expectations accordingly. I would not recommend this place due to the price and lack of flavor in the food.

Arrived on our first day and decided to try Stix! Wasnt a lot of people during early lunch time. More people ended up coming in later for dinner. No reservation needed at all. Ordered the Rikamaru Miso Ramen and the Tonkatsu Ramen. Both overpriced for the quality of food we received. Broth was watery, not flavorful. Noodles tasted like prepackaged noodles that were just soaked in hot water for 10 minutes. Overall, do not recommend. Service was great though and tended to us when needed. Also got our food reasonably and ordered at a reasonable wait time.

Ordered an ahi tuna thai salad to go and it was an appalling $30, but thus is the standard for food at the baha mar. As for the salad, it was pretty delicious and a good fresh, healthy option! Generous portion of ahi tuna, I was so full I couldn't even finish it. Fair warning - they don't skimp on the spice on this salad! I liked the edition of mango slivers.

This is one of the cheapest and most casual restaurants on the Baha Mar Resort property but it doesn't lack in flavor or friendliness! Our service was great, just like everywhere else on property. The prices are still more expensive than back in the States but that's expected at Baha Mar. We started with the Ahi Tuna and it was definitely on the spicy side! The presentation was fun and the portion was large. For my meal, I went with Chicken Pad Thai, and it was pretty good. Overall, convenient location in the lobby near the casino with an open atmosphere. The menu has a variety of options for all ages and the staff was very helpful recommending dishes!

The food is below average and ridiculously overpriced after the automatic service charge and VAT. The service was also unacceptably slow. We arrived at the restaurant right around the time it opened. So there were only a few other tables besides us. Somehow, it still took over 45 minutes for the food to arrive. It wasn't like we ordered things that were hard to cook. We ordered a pad Thai, miso ramen, two drunken noodles, and a couple of things from the kids menu. A competent restaurant would cook those dishes up in 10 min. Our bill ended up being $228. That's for four entrees, two kids menu items, and six bubble teas. This restaurant is going on my "Never Again" list.

I left this place very furious! The inattentiveness of the staff deserves a 0/5 stars. Food was unbelievable pricey that you'd be better off dining at a fine dining reataurant. The staff threw away my to go food without asking. PLEASE do not even consider eating at this place. LEARN from my mistake eating here. This is not a good place to start your bahamas food experience

From the few restaurants I've tried in the Baha Mar, this was bit disappointing for my taste. I'm not a fan of szechuan style of food to begin with. I ordered Drunken noodle dish but it still had the Szechuan flavor added. It wasn't the drunken noodle dish that I'm used to so it sucked for me. Kids chicken udon was just ok. Dan Dan noodle was just ok too. Ahi tuna on crispy rice was best dish out of four dishes we ordered for lunch. Service is always good anywhere you go in Baha Mar.

These weird times allow me complete access to whatever I want here, whenever I want it, no wait. In order to maximize on the spread I returned 3 mornings in a row- sad that I was alone, happy to have this place to myself. I sampled the menu like most of you would turn around to check your butt in the mirror- this is what I came up with: The potstickers were delightful, mostly because the sauce was unexpectedly delicious, sweet, not tangy, just perfect. The Dan Dan- don't do it...unless you like your noodles like you like your men: rock-hard. I prefer al dente but this is just passed that temperature at: stringy witch hair. Fried rice; load it up- all good! This timeless fav, yes!!!! I chose beef and shrimp.... 'cause why not?! The drunken noodle is not my usual order- DO IT! This flat, long, noodle is full of flavors direct from the orient. It's almost smoke- like flavor dazzles as the floppy noodles melt on the tongue. This was my favorite dish of all in this restaurant- hooray! Pad Thai? My second fav. Make sure to sprinkle the peanuts and enjoy. Just what I expected every-time- scrumptious. (If u like this, try the drunken noods) The shrimp, wonton, noodle soup: sooooo... Review after review you hear that any soup here is "bland". (It is). If you must have it- make sure to ask for a bottle of soy sauce. Only prob is that food tastes different when it's cooked in salts- you will not find that here. (I wish they would somehow make it so you could choose the salt level). This is a common problem with any soup, too salty vs. too bland. In this case- ALWAYS DELIBERATELY, UNAPOLOGETICALLY BLAND. They obvi have authentic chefs here- you just wouldn't understand sweetheart. XOXO

This was one of our favorite places to eat at the grand Hyatt! There pork dumplings and they're black pepper beef udon noodles or so fantastic that we had to return again while we were still in town! On both visits our servers were great! Probably some of the better servers we found here! I also tried the pad Thai but it really didn't have a lot going for it. I asked if I could have extra sauce and they brought some around right away and that really made a difference! If we could go back again, we would get the same thing and I would even love to try their spring rolls!

Causal asian dining that satisfied out hungry bellies. Our waitress Desiree made the experience even better. She knew the menu well, asked about allergies and was able to give us good suggestions based on what we told her we liked. We ordered the Singapore noodles, Drunken noodles, black pepper Udon noodles, Shrimp wonton noodles and vegetarian pot stickers. My favorite was the black pepper udon noodles, Gai Lan and the summer Gaisha. The summer Gaisha is refreshing, well balanced cocktail that complemented the meal very well. If you like lychees, I highly recommend you try it.

Everything about the Bahamas was spectacular and the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar was nothing short. Stix was one of the restaurants on the resort and it was a fun experience. Soon as we settled in, we went to grab a bite and there was no vegetarian ramen option on the menu but they made it happen for me. It tasted so good!! I also had the wontons which were delicious as well!
Stix js one of the many restaurants within the Baha Mar properties. We were under prepared in terms of reservations at any of the restaurants for meals. A lot of the restaurants get super busy at meal times and do not have space. This is one of the few restaurants that we could get a table without too much of a wait at the last minute. We found all the restaurants on Baha Mar to be on the pricey side. So while Stix doesn't seem super formal there is a premium price. If you have kids 5 or under, they eat free with an adult main. As others have mentioned. The food isn't too spicy. So ended up being a good place to visit with kids. Trip Advisor seems more popular in Baha Mar. The tables had QR codes for leaving them a review on trip advisor. So would recommend checking out the reviews there too. read more
Stix Noodle Bar is one of the many restaurants found within the Grand Hyatt Baha Mar resort. As you would expect from what our taxi driver called the "wealthy" side of the Bahamian island, food prices are inflated and targeted towards tourists and hotel guests. Knowing that, we went in with low expectations and to our surprise we were not disappointed. I split the Szechuan wings and devoured my order of the Black Pepper Beef Udon. I was only able to stay three nights so besides the breakfast buffet, the standouts of my Baha Mar dining experience were at Stix and at 25N. Prices are at a premium but I'm pleased I was able to satisfy my Asian food fix! read more

Upon entry we were sat next to a dirty table, our table had a dirty seat with food on it and we were provided a napkin to wipe it ourselves. We witnessed another table that was seated after us receiving service first. Ramen noodles are in a serious markup however we were willing to give it a try at first. We decided to leave based on the service. They appear to be pricey but that was not the real problem. Service for me is what matters most and that gets you good reviews and better tips. No menu photos available sorry we walked out too soon. read more

Good for a relatively quick meal for either take out or dine in. Noodles can get a bit salty but overall pretty good. Seating and ambiance is casual so we frequent this restaurant in between resort activities. Service is friendly but food can take a while to come out. read more

Came here for dinner one of the nights of our stay. We were seated immediately and ordered some drinks to start. The summer gaisha was my favorite - super light and refreshing. For appetizers, we ordered the tempura soft shell crab, potstickers (came with 4), and sugar cane shrimp. My favorite was the shrimp, but the others weren't bad. I ordered the tonkatsu ramen for my main. Unfortunately, the noodles were so overcooked and mushy. Overall, this place is more affordable than some of the other spots in the resort and I enjoyed the appetizers. read more

Noodles in Nassau! Definitely a cute spot inside the Baha Mar resort. Fairly casual atmosphere right by the Starbucks and Casino. It seems more for resort guests. The service was not bad, but it did take a bit to get seated even though they were not that busy and had staff on the floor. The noodles were not bad at all but lacked the punch of flavor that these dishes traditionally have. Will definitely satisfy your noodle craving in a tropical area! read more

Good portion size and taste compared to the other food here My husband and I ate here three times while staying at the grand Hyatt. Their spice level is pretty good. I like spicy food that isn't too much that I'm huffing and puffing so I got medium and it had a decent kick to it. My husband got all of his food extra spicy and it wasn't as crazy as he would have liked. Otherwise this is a casual spot with good Asian food with decent pricing. read more

My husband and I got the drunken noodles and the steak fried rice and were pleasantly surprised! About $26-$27 a dish, I'm glad we got large portions. In comparison to most places here, this is the best value we have seen. We also enjoyed Pizza Lab for those wondering where else to go for a better value and delicious food! read more

I went to Stix noodle bar at the Baha Mar hoping for a quick meal after a long day at the beach. I got the opposite. Don't get me wrong the food is great and has lots of flavor. It is not too loud in the restaurant and it is great to see the food getting made fresh. But it is not great to wait 45 minutes with no food. We ordered appetizers and our main course at the same time. We waited for about 20 minutes wondering where our plate of spring rolls and pot stickers were. After another 25 minutes the food finally came out, but where were the appetizers? The one thing that should come out before the main course was still not out when the main course came. While we were eating we realized two of us did not have our food yet. When the late appetizers came out we asked the server to check on the other two meals, she said she would check. After another 15 minutes the other two meals finally came out. It is one of few reasonably priced restaurants that don't require reservations so sometimes you don't have any other option if you want a meal. So like other nights, we don't have reservations anywhere tonight so I have to go back. WISH ME LUCK read more

I came here for lunch before heading to the airport and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food and the service. The hostess and servers were exceptional. I am a native New Yorker who eats out a lot and also really loves Asian dishes or Asian inspired dishes given that this is the Bahamas, I didn't have high expectations for this restaurant. I was wrong! I had the rice crisp with ahi tuna appetizer (the serving was large it could feed 3 people easily!) it was seasoned very well and had an extra kick of spice/heat. It definitely cleared up my sinuses. I also had the pad thai for my main dish which was delicious, the taste was as expected. I also want to note the quality of the tuna, chicken and other ingredients in these dishes was great. I recommend both dishes but there is a long list of other items to try as well. I would gladly come back. read more

The food was great! We got there as soon as they opened and were seated right away. Portions are big. I could've easily shared my noodles
We found this to be the best restaurant in the hotel with the most bang for your buck! The food portions are HUGE and flavorful. We shared their VERY crispy wings alongside the pad Thai. Both were phenomenal. I remember the chicken being crunchy up until the last bite. I'm a huge fan of quantity (especially when you're paying a ton on vacation). Well our bowls were packed and filled and we took some to-go. The best part is that the quality was not compromised for the quality. read more

Stix is a convenient restaurant located near the Grand Hyatt East elevators. We were in the mood for Asian food and didn't feel like making the trek to Wok n Roll so settled upon Stix. We ordered a side of vegetable fried rice, wok-fired vegetables ($6 each), and Singapore fried noodles with chicken ($20). The dishes weren't as flavorful as we had hoped, even when doused with sriracha sauce. Portions were decent though and we left feeling content. Pricing is a bit high, but it's a resort so that was expected. You'll pay an additional 12% VAT tax and 15% gratuity is automatically tacked on to the bill. Service is a bit slow, but they eventually got around to accommodating our requests. read more

I'm a big foodie and a pretty good at home chef. Crispy calamari salad was different but super flavorful. I only wish the vermicelli was a little more soft. I wasn't expecting the drunken noodles to be as good as it was though... who knew a restaurant in the Bahamas could make a Thai dish better than some Thai restaurants back where I'm from (philly). I had this yesterday and I actually went back on Yelp to see if it was still opened this late. Decided it deserved a good review. The ahi tuna was ok though. Wasn't really sushi grade quality and lacked sesame oil. But the drunken noodle carried this review lol. read more
