Jerk Chicken Wings & Rice n Peas

The jerk wings were absolutely delicious and so saucy and flavorful, I still think about them! The peas and rice were also amazing, easily some of the best I've had. Sitting by the water made the whole experience even better, and the staff was super kind and accommodating. The food did take a little while to come out, but honestly everything was so good it was worth the wait. Overall an amazing experience and would definitely recommend!

Came here for the views! We got here around 5:30pm on a Saturday at the end of April and got seated right away. The menu is a mix of American, Bahamian, and Japanese (they have sushi). We got BBQ ribs with Bahamian style peas & rice and coconut shrimp. The food was okay - nothing super outstanding but it's the views! Just a note that the Bahamian style peas & rice is on the chewy side (harder compared to Asian rice) but the seasoning is pretty interesting! The view is absolutely stunning! There's a back door where you can walk down to the beach - and there's a hidden hammock down there as well! It's right across the street from Sandyport resort hotel! Or if you are staying at Sandyport resort hotel, take the back exit of the hotel to go directly to the back entrance of the restaurant to save you some walking!

Right on the beach. Beautiful view. Thin crust pizzas really good! The lentil vegan burger was delicious too. Prices are not too steep like the other ones in the area. Service was spot on. Goombay Smash was meh. But I guess you get what you pay for! Overall, great lunch option on the beach.

    Mahi Mahi with Lentils

We were in the Bahamas for a volunteer work assignment and after the assignment my wife and I wanted to enjoy some time together. We decided to try Blue Sail and we were very excited to try it primarily because of the location with great ocean views and ambiance but also hopeful the quality of the food would meet a high standard. We were seated in a nice spot right on the deck with a great view and the weather was beautiful that evening too. But the service was not exceptional, actually average. It seemed to be that way at many of the places we visited on the island, so we weren't surprised by that. However the food was somewhat disappointing. We ordered 2 appetizers, the Mediterranean plate which was very good and the grouper tacos, also good. My wife ordered the Mahi Mahi with lentils, the lentils were dry and overcooked and just not seasoned well. I ordered the Mahi Mahi burger with fries and a side of cole slaw. The sandwich was decent and the tarter sauce was nothing special. The French fries were from a bag and similar to fries that one would get at a bar. I had asked for ketchup for those fries and was expecting a small dish with ketchup in it, however, I was given 3 packets of fast food style ketchup....I'm like, WHAT!?!?! What a joke, we dropped $120 on our dinner and walked away saying to ourselves that we wouldn't ever go back to that place. It's a great place for views but we didn't find the food very memorable.

We came for dinner with a group of 11. The location is indeed scenic overlooking the water, they take reservations and they worked with us on several changes as we added additional members to our group. We had a variety of different dishes and the general consensus is that the pizza was the thing to order. They could not do separate checks and they don't take American Express.

Beautiful view while dining if the ocean.

Great food. The Conch Fritters are amazing. The bartender, Shakira, she is fantastic. She is DEFINITELY a master mixologist. Everyone is so friendly. It is such a peaceful spot for having a meal. I also had their pizza. Very skeptical. GREAT GREAT FLAVOR. Thin crust. 10. ABSOLUTELY without a doubt recommend.

The service was absolutely wonderful. Ryan came by personally several times to check on me and so did some of his servers. His place is very clean and it's a nice atmosphere. There's also a very nice outdoor dining area. All around just a very nice place to sit and have some good pizza! I also noticed, on the way out, that they have hand dipped ice cream, but I was absolutely stuffed! Maybe next time, for sure ! Thank you, sir. I do appreciate it.!

Neapolitan is definitely my favorite style pizza and I was excited to try a new spot. We started with some bottled and canned beers while enjoying their nice patio. It was a good space with good music. We were all pretty hungry and decided to start with some wings. They were tender and juicy, but a bit flabby and not crispy. They might be wood fired? This wasn't clarified on the menu. We wanted to try the white meatball ricotta pizza but it wasn't available, a quick shift was made to the hot honey sausage and a plain cheese Sicilian. The hot honey sausage pizza was soaked with grease, hard to pick up, basically wet. There was a thick layer of grease under the pizza as well. I found the topping combination to be much too sweet for me, and the pizza was topped far too heavily for how thin the dough was. The best part was the crust. This wasn't what I expected from a wood fired - Italian inspired pizza. It was normal, heavy, Americanized pizza. The Sicilian was better, but still very heavily topped with a thick layer of sauce and cheese. I like how browned the cheese was, the undercarriage was lightly browned. The crust was flavorful here as well. The Sicilian was the lighter choice and better executed, to my surprise. To note, nothing was mentioned to the staff since this is what we were served, we trust the kitchen is putting out food they would be proud of and is served as they would like it to be served. I'm sure they were popular with the local folks, but it's not worth going out of your way to try. I wouldn't return, especially based on the unprofessional manner of the owners responses on feedback.

The place is order at the counter or online through Spoton. Gnome Slice is the sister restaurant of Gnome Bistro. They offer a variety of traditional and specialty pizzas, calzones, pasta dishes, salads, subs, wraps, appetizers, cold drinks (Pepsi products) and desserts. They also have a garlic knot pizza, which is very popular where I live in NH. I stopped by Gnome Slice Pizzeria for dinner recently. I placed an online order through Spoton. I ordered a slice of Cheese Pizza ($3.50 plus tax) and a Mushroom Kingdom Fettuccine ($21 plus tax) with a side salad. I enjoyed the Cheese Pizza slice in restaurant that was heated up in the oven. The thin crust was crisp on the bottom with a soft dough texture with the right amount of red sauce and cheese. The Mushroom Kingdom Fettuccine & side salad was bagged and ready to go in about 15 minutes. I enjoyed my dinner outside on a warm night. The good size portion of pasta was very hot and had soft fettucine noodles with tender pieces of chicken, mushrooms in a rich creamy alfredo sauce. The side salad had a mix of arugula, ripe tomatoes, red onions, tri color peppers and shredded mozzarella cheese, dressing on the side. My dinner overall was solid excellent and now I am tempted to drive all the way back here again so I can play some Ms. Pac Man and order a specialty pizza (Gnomish Coastline Quest) and a Bonus Level Bolognese pasta dinner.

And it's right on the beautiful lake. It's a beautiful sight. This time however the experience was a little different. We arrived when it opened. Thinking less crowds equals fast and great service. Unfortunately, that's not how it went. We were seated promptly by the host. A few moments later our waitress arrived with our drink order and appetizers. She wasn't rude per se, but she wasn't warming either. Very straight to the point which was unexpected given that they just opened and it wasn't busy. It took her a while to Bring our drinks. She took our main order and after that we didn't really see her at all after That. Except for when she was helping other tables. Seemed like she had 4 tables which included us. She stopped by once to refill SOME of our drinks. She was quick so she missed that my husband was trying to ask for a beer. That took a while for her to bring out those drinks again... and again she missed that my husband wanted another beer. So I took it upon myself to go find her and ask her to please bring another beer for my husband. Once she did, we asked for the check and some boxes. For Some reason she was very prompt in getting us those things... Let me just say that the food is incredible. It's filling, delicious, cooked perfectly, and just heavenly. We got the Fried calamari, pretzel bites, and onion rings as our appetizers and a cheese pizza and Kay's special as our main course. All a 10! You'll love the food. I just wish the service matched the food and atmosphere of it all. Personally, when I go out to dine I'm not just paying for the food, but for the service. I'm paying good money to be waited on. This time this place felt short on that aspect. Maybe the waitress was overwhelmed? Maybe she just didn't want to wait on us and couldn't get us out of there fast enough. Overall This place a 3-star. It could be a 5 if the waitress was more attentive. Still, TRY THE FOOD
