They have extra long hoses that reach your gas tank depending how you entered into the lane. Remember don't be that guy that (3). Make sure you have your Costco card. I asked her what did the box weigh and what was the measurement, she did not have a scale or tape measure. She used her magic eye I guess. So therefore I needed to take it elsewhere, I drove 20 minutes to another drop off site, the box measure 44 inches and weighed 46 lbs. I returned to speak with the manager, and explained what happened. Now suddenly the weight limit was 45 lbs, Without even an apology for making me run all over town, she told me to leave and would not provide her name so I could speak with corporate. I have never been treated like this by a business in Boise, this is not the culture for this city. I would highly urge everyone to go elsewhere where your business is appreciated.
