The first 2 days I spoke to Andrew we discussed the doors I gave him the measurements he sent me CADDS with the wrong measurements so after 2 days of that I spoke with Gus all the while asking to speak with the only person that acts like a pro and gets the job done correctly and timely- Rita. I was told that her days and hrs were cut back!, I knew that she worked Saturdays so I tried calling again on a Saturday-day five asked to speak with her and she was not available. Still no order placed the clock ticking panic setting in I ended up speaking to Hank. We went over the CADS and discussed the measurements. The back and forth was literally maddening- then we discussed the location of the hinges for the 2 closets and 1 bathroom- he became loud aggressive, nasty, belligerent! He was unable to clearly explain how he wanted me to collect the information on the location of the hinges. First he said when you pull the door towards you are the hinges on the right or left. I told him that not all the doors are pulled some are pushed in. So then he tells me to stand inside the closet then says stand outside then he says it doesn't matter! Anyone confused here! He was clearly incapable of communicating effectively. So once again, I asked to speak with Rita. Hank said he would not transfer me to her and that I would have to deal with him. So it became too much so we ended the conversation with yet another emailed version of the wrong information on the CADS. So I spoke to my contactor, he informed me me that there was a Dykes Lumber in Park slope. So as a last ditch effort to at least get my door order placed, I spoke with the supervisor Justin. He was very apologetic, but then did nothing except to say that they were closing, and that he would call me back on Monday morning. He never did call Monday morning instead I called him. I finalize the order on Monday a full week lost! I received the confirmation email only to see That he put the wrong shipping address!!! This was clearly done intentionally because when I placed the order I filled out a credit authorization, which has my full address.! so it's not possible that this was a mistake. If this order is messed up in anyway, unfortunately, I will have to take legal action! I wish I could share snaps but it has my personal info

My wife was waiting for the doors and delivery driver expected her to carry these solid wood doors so they ended up not delivering the doors and rescheduling until I can be home. My time is valuable also. And a few doors came not protected properly and had scuffs that needed to be buffed out. And a couple doors were broken and had to be reordered. Just know what to expect yes you will get quality doors but service is mehh and doors may come 90% good.
