Back in early July, our laundry drainage line got plugged up. It was the final impetus to call a…read moreplumber and get several other small issues addressed as well. Being right before the holiday, their scheduling was very tight but they were very good with communication and we were in a position to be flexible. Due to multiple tasks, their technicians were out on two different days. Zach was out for the more urgent need of the laundry drainage. The project threw in some curve balls, which is probably more the norm than the exception for the industry, but Zach was knowledgeable, efficient and quick with the repairs. One month on and things are still working as desired. Dave (David?) was out on a different day and handled the other issues nicely. Five of Five Stars, would plumb with them again. :)

The only negative I can think of is this: he works through an answering service, so you can't call him DIRECTLY. But the great upside to this method is he is not interrupted with other calls while working at your house. And he responds to messages quickly so it is no real inconvenience. This is the guy you want to use, no question asked. My house has trees in front and I need to drill out the main line in the front line every 18 months or so. I have used Roto-Rooter and Mr. Rooter in the past. Brian is as good or better, and at less than half the rate.

We called Norblom Plumbing due to a broken outdoor water pipe. Due to how a previous owner…read moreoriginally ran the pipe it was in a very hard to reach and maintain crawlspace under the house. Paul from Norblom assessed the situation and came up with a more cost affordable and easier to maintain solution for us to close up the broken pipe in the hard to reach location and run new pipe (up to code) to the side of the house. During his inspection he also found an issue with our dryer vent not being properly hooked up which is not something we would have noticed on our own. He was right on time in his time window, was very friendly, took the time to explain things to me, and most importantly was in and out in a few hours. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a professional to help with a plumbing issue.
