I was charged for an inspection that I didn't request and an estimate for a ceiling switch which I requested an estimate for motion lights on the outside of the property. Called reported my dissatisfaction with their service for the estimate person made no effort or concern to make it right. The person who booked appointment didn't inform me about a charge for the estimate that they do inspections with estimates.
