He was super easy to work with and made me feel very at ease. On the emergency call he came out promptly, had everything cleaned up quickly, and set up the equipment. He worked around my plumber that was there. He even came back on a Saturday to pick up the equipment so I would not be charged for the extra days on the weekend.
