They have a really neat program to teach drivers the techniques for rally driving and it works. Wes and Scott were super and really focused on safety and having fun. Their program is focused on showing you what needs to be done, doing the skills, taking a break to let is soak in, and then doing it again. It's very well structured and by the end of the day they were doing the slalom course with a lot of confidence. As for the team, I didn't meet anyone at Rally Ready that wasn't outgoing, personable, and just plain nice. They love rallying, but are genuinely good people. It's not about pulling people in to stack the house, but about teaching a subject which they are passionate about. Thank you Wes, Scott, Dave and the whole team at Rally Ready for making my son's experience the best ever.

They've also got Dance Dance Revolution (single player) and Guitar Hero (two player), along with a few other gems. How it works: It's all self-serve. Just grab a card from the machine by the door, load it with credits - no tokens here - and you're good to go. The games gobble up a fair share of credits, but it's been a minute since I've been in an arcade, so I couldn't tell you the going rate these days. After you've had your fill, drop your card in the box by the exit to recycle it for future use. I managed to get a good chunk of entertainment for 10 bucks.

The arena itself is covered but mainly outside so dress accordingly. The bleachers are a bit tight on nights with a packed crowd, but everything was visible from our seats. You can tell that this facility is well taken care of and that updates have been regularly taking place since it was built. The Jumbotron at the end of the arena was great for watching replays and didn't appear to have any broken/missing lights. Overall, this is a great place to catch a livestock show, rodeo, or concert!

Down the road is this tiny little white building called the Moravian Hall also established 1913. Came here for a wedding. The hall itself is dark, and reminds me more of a VFW. We looked at several other venues and chose Bentwood because of the serene beauty of the grounds. The reception area has beautiful wood tables and a stage with a lit dance floor. Stage area set up for DJ or Band with lights strung throughout. There is a wonderful walkway down to a pond area with an alter. There are 4 rooms that come with the weekend package. 1 with bunkbeds, 3 with queen size beds. The grooms area was set up with a pool table, dart board and refrigerator to keep the boys occupied while the girls got ready in a beautiful bridal room. Other venues we looked at gave you a couple of hours before and after the event to set up, have the ceremony and then clean up. We liked the fact that with the weekend package we could set up on friday, enjoy saturday and clean up Sunday. They have several packages to cover almost any need. We have been to several weddings this year and I have to say that Bentwood was by far the best venue.
