    My chicken sandwich combo
    Jon B.

I swung into Sticky's for some Chicken ! Firstly , the service was Very very friendly which is not always the case in the world of fast food ! I ordered tenders and then the spicy sandwich combo with associated sauces ( I was shocked there was no Bleu Cheese ???). The food came out piping hot as I sampled a little before taking it to go . Everything was super crispy , tasty and hot - fries were really seasoned nicely as well . As far as the sauces the ranch was mediocre but the honey spicy sauce was excellent !! I will be back for more !!

Ok, how have I not ordered from here before?! I've been missing out! We got delivery from here last night. The delivery was quick and everything was hot and fresh when it arrived. We ordered the truffle parm fries, buffalo ranch tenders, grilled chicken strips, chicken nachos, and one of the chicken sandwiches. Everything was awesome. This place is a chicken finger lover's dream!

I came to this location thinking I was going to have the same great service as the others locations, I was definitely wrong! The cashier was very rude since we walked in and kept rolling her eyes to every person that would place their order. She made me feel that my business was not wanted and to top it off she never put my order through until I went to go ask what was taking so long since other people that came after me had gotten their food already, she said oh sorry I forgot to put in your order. The food tasted ok at this location the chicken didn't seem as fresh as usual.

"Crazy Delicious - The Best Damn Chicken Fingers You Ever Had" is Sticky's slogan. I totally agree! My after-theater go-to when I'm attending an Off-Broadway Theater Row show on 42nd Street & 9th Avenue.

We were visiting the city and walked by this place and decided to go in & In so glad we did! Everything from the vibe, the service, the music to the food was on point! They were playing "pop lock and drop it" as we walked in and I knew we were in for a treat. The walls had cute artwork which added a beautiful pop of color to the inside. It was four of us and we had no problem finding seating and our food came out quickly and most importantly fresh! I'm glad we stopped by I would definitely visit again!

Saw alot of videos on this place I was in the neighborhood so I stopped in... ambiance is decent size and enough seating they also have a restroom for customers. The classic chicken sandwich wasn't all I thought it would be. It didn't taste fresh and it wasn't even hot in temperature. The fries were mediocre . The hot honey sauce was good I put it on my sandwich for a kick but the Nashville hot wasn't hot at all just salty. Price was reasonable but the food wasn't that great at all. The ladies in there were friendly but I was expecting more from the food quality and taste

    A lot of food

The chicken is very juicy, which is nice. I think the person who was taking our order was surprised how much we were ordering, but he was nice. He also had a lot of patience, since it was our first time at a Sticky's. The sauces are pretty diverse, so if you like sauces, this is your place. However, the s'mores fries were not that great, and that's coming from someone who can eat sweets for days. Just something about marshmallows and chocolate on super salty fries is just.. not it.

Stopped in here with a friend to grab food after a cool day in Central Park. Tenders were fire and the Chicken & Waffles meal was 9/10. If looking for a quick bite this spot is helpful.

Crispy tender chickens with lots of flavourful sauce!! I'm not really a fan of the chicken waffle, as it's sweet. Service is pretty fast. Basically, no wait time. Would be back!

Sticky's Finger Joint is a great spot for chicken fingers! There are so many different sauces to choose from depending on your taste! I like the chicken finger and fries combos!

    Small Thai Fiesta

Finding Sticky's Finger Joint was like finding the gold at the end of the rainbow after searching for a place to eat in Times Square! I had heard so much about their chicken and how it was seasoned JUST ENOUGH and how the sauces help to enhance the flavor and this is all TRUE!! I ordered the Thai Fiesta which comes with mac sauce, thai sweet chili, taco seasoning, and b&w sesame seeds that I got with poppers. It was well worth it even though I got the small! I was still full and satisfied!

    The chicken nuggets.

As my son and I were making our way back home, we ran into this little spot and decided to check it out as a late night snack. The young man behind the counter was very helpful, as we let him know that it was our first time there and what did he recommend. He was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. I recommend the chicken. It was very tasty and delicious. Some of the sauces were OK but I rather have the chicken without the sauces just to be on the safe side...lol. The chicken was very tasty by itself and the fries were nice and crispy. We will be back! This is going to be our go to the next time we go back to Times Square. Just ask for Randall, he's very helpful.

Dry and old Chicken fingers that was fried a while back and they just heated it up and drizzled sauce on top...

So I'm from San Diego and our first time in New York. This spot we decided to eat before heading back to our hotel. We ordered the chicken fingers and it's salty and dry even with the sauce on it. Could have just gone to KFC for cheaper and better taste. Not coming back here...

No crowds, if there is a small line, it moves incredibly fast. Ordered the Box Combo, and the chicken was piping hot, crispy, and perfectly breaded. And obviously, the Cane's Sauce is always a bonus. The Texas toast was buttery and thick, just the way it should be. The staff here deserves a raise; they manage the Midtown chaos with total grace and keep the seating area surprisingly clean for how high-volume it is. This is the perfect grab-and-go spot that actually tastes like quality food. If you're passing through Penn, definitely check them out. I ordered the three finger combo. What came out was just plain sad looking. Tiny chicken fingers, barely cooked fries. The Raising Cane's sauce was good but the vessels to that sauce were so lacking. The breading on these chicken fingers was nothing special and again, so so small. Service was fast at least, but the place itself was dirty and virtually every table needed a wipe down. I know, I know, it's Penn Station, it's supposed to be a little grimy. Honestly, if these chicken fingers weren't so tiny and my fries were properly cooked I could deal with a little grime. I ordered the Claude the Claw ($18.99) with medium spicy sauce on the side. The sandwich is pretty huge. I like how they wrapped the sandwich around the claw sticking out from the bottom. I did take it out of the wrapper for the picture, but suggest you keep the wrapper on as it gets messy to eat. The spices and flavor is delicious and the chicken is crispy and tender. It's a great Nashville hot chicken sandwich overall. While the claw is insta-worthy, it's not quite worth the extra $4 (plus you can't really even eat it, so it's all for show). I'd suggest getting the claw for your first time, but I'd get the regular sandwich in the future for the lower price.

And let's just say... the house won. I ordered a Chicken Sandwich, Spicy Wings, Fries, and the 3-sauce flight. The sandwich? Dry, old, and looking like it clocked out an hour before I arrived. The chicken itself was hard on the edges and somehow soggy in the center -- a combination I didn't even know was possible. The mayo situation looked like someone whispered the word "sauce" over the bun and walked away. The Spicy Wings were no better -- overcooked, dark, and tasted like they'd been sitting in the warmer since lunchtime. Not spicy. Not fresh. Just... tired. The fries? Burnt, cold, and absolutely done with life. They didn't even pretend to try. The only thing that saved this meal from being a total loss was the 3-sauce flight. Credit where it's due -- the sauces were actually solid. They added enough flavor and moisture to make the rest at least edible. Without them, this review would've ended a lot sooner. I get it -- it's Penn Station, it's late, everyone's hustling, and the crowd is nonstop. But even with that, freshness shouldn't be optional. Overall: If you're starving and desperate, grab the sauces and hope for the best. Otherwise? Keep walking. There are better options within the same block, even during off-hours. Go to Gardenia.
