If you're thinking of ribs and deciding between Mozart and Amadeus, choose Mozart. The ambiance is…read morea lot more relaxed and a bit more refined (Amadeus is a bit more dark and kitschy, so if that's your vibe, try both!). However, what gives Mozart the edge for me is the additional sauces on the table. You also have the option of choosing which sauce (or lack of) you'd prefer on your ribs- spicy, classic, or without. The spicy isn't spicy (for anyone who can do spice), but the classic sauce is delicious as well!! The ribs also come with a jacket potato/baked potato with a curry butter, and additional butter is also on the table *drool!!!*. There's also a side salad with the order. Mozart also has unopened bottles of their own red wine on the table and they charge by the cm, which seems a bit silly because the shape of a bottle is different in different areas. Either way, I came with a group of 6 and we went through 2 bottles. In this case, they charged per bottle. I would definitely return when my next rib hankering comes through.

The service was excellent. You can tell they have a higher level of professionalism. They served some bread with one of the best butters I have tried. I guiltily finished off the complementary bread and asked for more. They have an extensive list of wines, beers, and spirits. The server recommended Jungle Joy by the Brussels Beer Project. It was great! Of course I got the Tomahawk to share. Then I also split a lunch set menu, which came with salad and mussels. The salad was very refreshing and tasty. The mussels was such a large portion and tasted very fresh. It came with fries, which I loved! The kitchen cut our steak for us and served us salad on separate plates. That was very helpful! This lunch for two cost 81 euros without tip and tax. You wouldn't find this gem of a restaurant with this level of service and quality of food in Los Angeles.

My service said this could be an entree. She wasn't kidding. Possibly the best Kimch fries I've ever had. Beef Brisket was tasty and the cabbage, peppers were perfect and took it over the top. Paired it with a medium Chouffe. If only Chouffe prices were this reasonable back home! This was a meal-no need for a Burger (next time). Service was excellent and attentive.

TLDR; the 3 stars is solely for the burger. Food: 2.5 Service: 3 Ambience: 3 Overall: 3 When we walked in, the one guy at the counter greeted us and said we can sit anywhere. We ordered our burgers, the special fries, and specified we wanted tap water cause no one wants to pay for water when Europe prides itself on their clean pipe water systems. Unfortunately, the guy came back with 2 bottles of water that he had already poked a hole in and we ended up paying for it. I'm pretty sure he understood me, but I'll just give him the benefit of the doubt. We ordered the special frites, the pepper burger, and the red velvet burger. Special Frites: the description sounded amazing and with the mindset of Belgium fries in mind, i was ready to be wow'd. It didn't happen, save yourself the euros and don't order this. Maybe get a bottle of water instead. Burgers: They don't come with fries apparently... so just don't order fries. The burgers itself were perfectly cooked and was juicy while flavorful! To start, it comes with a rack of ribs, salad, and a jacket potato (baked potato) with a curry butter sauce. Honestly, my mouth is drooling just thinking about it. STUNNING combination, truly. The ribs are sauced well without too much additional sauce on it and they have cans for you to put the rib bones in after, and they come around with more ribs on silver platters should you decide to continue eating! You can also ask for more of the sides or the curry butter if your potato's run out of it. It's a fun place to go with a big group or anyone who enjoys all you can eat or ribs or just meat in general. They have plenty of seating and interesting decor. They also accept card!

Even we tried to joke with another waiter serving our table, and he took the joke very bad, and start insulting our friend that she is drunk, not true, she did not drink, and she was just happy to see us and spend fun time together.
