The cheese's fat drips down and fries the bottom and sides of the crust, creating a crispy, burnt cheese edge. I'm not sure if they use Wisconsin cheese or not, but while eating it, I swear they do. I don't eat vegan cheese, but I am so excited that my vegan and lactose friends can join me here. The beer was good. I sampled all the IPAs and felt like they were decent. I just wasn't over the moon for any. They did a decent, fresh hop one. But they also have liquor, so you can come for a cocktail too. It was a lovely space Roomy. Easy to get in and order.
