Visited 8/2. Had friendly service here :). We went to another establishment before this, and the employee seemed blah, which was a vibe, maybe the cashier was just having a meh day. Anyway! This place made up for it! I had got the taster of Tahoma Kriek Cuvee, ($5) it had a sweet initial taste with a slight bitter aftertaste. My sister enjoyed a cider, I had a long drive back to Pdx airport, and then fly back home to the bay, so I didn't drink anymore, and got their root beer. Flavor was ok, it lacked something for me. I personally like Barq's Root beer Pizza was "the special" fig and prosciutto, my sister picked it. It was a tad dry, so we didn't eat the crust, needed maybe olive oil to dip it in. *Side note! On the menu it says if you want less char, just tell them ahead of time. We went here, recommended by a local friend. If I ever come back, I would try their different ciders. Too bad they don't do a pick your own flight option.

Great time at the tree lighting on Saturday the 14th of December. A wonderful IPA and cider were being provided Double Mountain. Heather provided great service.

I have had Double Mountain in the past but I haven't delved into this particular location. Steve and I got their very refreshing and solid Kölsch beer. Being very light bodied which we can always appreciate. Flavor features to find with this beer is clean and sweet. It also goes down very smooth which we can appreciate as that is a typical preference of ours as well when enjoying beers on the lighter side.

Sunday Farmer's Market on Woodstock visit thus the outdoor tables were in hot demand on a 80° day. Indoor a/c was pleasant with lots of wooden tables, beautiful long bar, and a bottle shop for To-Go sales. CT style pizza First timer so no other comparisons here. The menu says it's a thin pie blasted to blackish char in 700° oven. It was all of that but found by my 3rd slice its crisper bottom had gone soft, maybe because it's so thin. Crust was still in good shape though, chewy with a bit of crisp left. House sausage was spectacular with just enough fennel and medium fine grind that gets the right mouth feel. Mushrooms definitely visible were very thinly sliced and scattering of red onions made for a delicious pie. Sauce had a hint of zest and didn't overpower Started with some greens.. and it was A Big Greek Salad for $11 but Light spring greens and a very light balsamic but prefer more crisp for texture (romaine, iceberg, green) + more tomatoes & olives. Their ginger ale had pretty good ginger spice for an ale vs Beer. The added Hops for bitterness, 20 IBU is a definite winner and helps temp the Honey sweetness, still sweet but not as much as a regular soda. Would love a low sugar varietal akin to a Kombucha. Just $4 for a beautiful mug full that boasts a frothy head on arrival, a unique characteristic of DM's house ginger ale. Server was attentive and helped us select an IPA that worked, giving us several samples ... Shoulda noted it after much sampling lol. Cheers to Double Mountain for breaking CT pies with us, without an East Coast commute ;D

Fantastic brews! So good that I had to order some bottles to go. Service was awesome. Our order was taken promptly, set up with condiments and silverware, food came out timely. A real chill and relaxed setting to enjoy some beers. The sandwich wasn't my favorite but I was there for the brews which exceeded expectations so no complaints.

I usually don't go out of my way to order pizza (I know, weird), but their Truffle Shuffle pizza was calling my name. I added chicken to it and it was perfection! Great crust, the truffle wasn't too overpowering, the chicken was nicely done. Pair it with their ranch and I'm hooked. The service was super prompt and patient. We ordered a couple of their barrel aged sours and it was soooo good that we had to order a couple of bottles to go. Our server was very helpful in choosing which drinks we'd like. The place is huge so plenty of seating for larger parties.

I came here to see a band play, and this location is just NOT well-suited as a concert venue. The area designated for the bands to play is TINY, and has the band basically performing directly to a to-go beer cooler, the endmost seat of the bar, and two tables off to the side. There are NO good seats in the house for seeing live music. If you're planning on coming to see a band, please reconsider. I don't think I'll come back to see music. On the flip side, staff is friendly and attentive. Food is on the better side, and there is a large beef selection, presumably why most people come here. There are few non-alcoholic options, but I'm happy that they had iced tea. Prices seem a bit high for what you're actually getting. Street parking is all that is available, and you may be in for a walk depending on when you visit. If you want to get a beer and some food, this is probably a good destination. If you want to see live music, it really isn't.

This spot has a great look and food that matches. Their interior is well designed and - according to my grandmother - a recent update. There is a great variety of seating and the space is open and well lit. The food was solid. My family got the pizza and I got the turkey sandwich. Both were great. The standout was the house-made root beer that everyone got. The service was great and they checked in on use often. Overall this is a solid spot to check out if you're in the area.

Extremely below average food at high prices. We ordered the greek salad and it was basically all lettuce with 1 tiny tomato and 3 tiny slices of cucumber and if you know greek salads its mainly those two ingredients. Its obvious they are skimping on the more expensive ingredients. On top of that they threw in mushrooms!!! on a greek salad!!! smh. Ok now onto the pizza - ordered the sausage, onion pepp and it came out burnt. On top of that they was barely any toppings and sauce and that jank was over 30 bucks!!! what a disappointment. This place is not worth it and we are not coming back.

Great cheese bread, salad and beers. Did not like the mac & cheese, a bit sour. Pizza pretty good. Service fair.

I can't believe they have a Portland location! My fiancé loved the jersey pie while me and my friend go to favorite is the salami one! The arugula just adds the right pepper-y touch to the salami. To my surprise the baby spinach salad was definitely a hit! Don't usually love blue cheese but it work so well with the sherry vinaigrette and the baby spinach. The dried cranberries add just the right amount of sweetness and the nuts give a good crunch. 10/10 for the baby spinach salad! YUM!

Craving pizza and decided to give Double Mountain a try. I saw that they do partially cooked pizzas that you finish at home. It intrigued me and would be perfect for our evening festivities. I ordered the small Truffle Shuffle, small Sausage, Onion and Mushroom Pizza and a large Greek Salad. When we were ready I threw the pizzas in the oven for 9 minutes and we were good to go. It was REALLY good!!! The pizzas had great taste and the crust was crunchy. I'm a fan and we will be back. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The online ordering was easy and the food was ready on time. I'll try the beer on our next visit.

Their tap list is extensive but also includes non-standard options. We love to see non-alcoholic beers as well as gluten free beer, cider, cocktails, and other libations. The food menu is great too. There are several items that either come gluten free or can be modified to be. The servers are knowledgeable about the ingredients of the menu items and I feel confident and safe eating here when gluten free is a need for me. They can get pretty crowded, but have several seating options. It was nice out today so outdoor seating was even possible, though it looked like there was a wait. There are tvs in several spots that showcase local sports when possible. There is a kids area and you can sit close while the kids play. Everyone we come in contact with here from servers to hosts are super friendly and welcoming. The food is pretty good. This time around, we shared the garlic Parmesan fries and the chicken wings (buffalo and honey gojuchang sauces). The wings were smoked and moist with good flavor. The fries were alright. More of the aioli would have helped so maybe request extra sauce or get some on the side. The dessert menu has some non-traditional offerings. The highlight for me was the cheesecake. I was assured by a server one time that the chef creates a gluten free cheesecake that rotates on the seasonal dessert menu. The current offering is tiramisu. The coffee chocolate sauce is good and I appreciated the bonus chocolate chip biscotti. The actual cheesecake is decent and I would be excited to try other flavors in the future.
