I cannot find even one negative thing to say about this particular Walgreens. As a matter of fact,…read moreI have only ever had great experiences here. The pharmacy in particular deserves kudos. Every time I've come in here to pick up a scrip, the staff behind the counter has always been extremely busy working and tending to patrons' needs. Yes, the line may be a few people deep at times but it moves quickly and efficiently and it, being the only national pharmacy in town where you can have your prescriptions transferred and filled from around the country, they do a fantastic job, IMHO. Whenever I call on the phone to enquire about something, the person who picks up is always very polite and takes care of what I called them about in record time and to my complete satisfaction. Robin, in particular is the person I speak to most often and she is THE BEST! So... please ignore the more negative reviews here, Manchester Walgreens is great and this town is fortunate to have them serving the town. Besides their wonderful pharmacy service, the rest of the store is an excellent drugstore, too. It is fairly priced, well stocked and the other employees are just as pleasant and helpful as the pharmacy's are. Go there.

It truly tasted and definitely felt like the doughnuts had been cooked, or maybe just dipped in barely melted cisco that had immediately resolidified. We refer to them now as "the chapstick doughnuts" since the thick greasy, petroleum jelly like film coating all inner surfaces of your mouth after just one bite MUST be what it feels like to eat a tube of chapstick.... the bad kind. Don't get the doughnuts... I cannot believe anyone AT ALL eats them and enjoys them. We threw them out and went to McDonalds.

This convenient store is a hazard to the community of Manchester, Vermont! Trying to stop in to get…read morecoffee in the early morning, especially during the weekend, is a battle in itself. With Covid-19 spreading, rapidly, you would think this establishment would adhere to its own protocol and mandate mask wearing but it doesn't. They have a "Mask mandate" sign on the door, and a customer counter, but they are not enforced. When ever I stop in on either a Saturday or Sunday morning, I have to wrestle through 6 to 7 guys, who aren't wearing mask and are gawking at the attendant, in order to get what I need. The other day, I witnessed a female, whose Covid-19 contraction was well known, but she was allowed to shop and frequent Maplefields while under a 14 day quarantine. Now, it was said one of the attendants contracted Covid-19 and my family may have to quarantine because of it. This Maplefields really needs to step up its game. While most of the attendants are very nice, the Covid-19 protocols are NOT being followed by the "regulars" and and are being looked over by the attendant(s). Customers are being placed in danger each and every time they enter the store because of their negligence to adhere to the mask mandate. My advice.... Stay away from this store until they (and the local objectifiers) can properly follow the Covid-19 guidelines, unless you want to potentially be exposed. You would figure in such a small town people would have respect for one another and follow the rules to lessen the spread. Not this place!
