We were transferred from out of state and WALLY LYNARD was specifically trained in the relocation…read more package our company would be offered. Wally showed us many great homes in the area that matched our requests. We found Wally to be very knowledgeable, honest, and pleasant to work with. When our company transferred us 7 years later, Wally again helped us in the sale of our home. All went smoothly..... granted ALL sales/purchases are stressful (we moved 8 times in the last 23 years). Wally really helped with my stress level, when the buyers inspector had some weird things they wanted fixed. She was able to get me names of people to help get the items fixed. Forward three years and we find ourselves retired and wanting to return back to Southern California. We called Wally straight away and she and EILEEN DIDIER (also at the Century 21 Lois Lauer Redlands office) were such a great team helping us buy our current home... and all the way from Texas I might add. They had a notary come to our home in Texas to have us sign our papers. Eileen helped coordinate inspections in our absence. So a year ago I convinced my Father to move down from northern CA, closer to me so I could help him out. I called Eileen and she helped out immensely, she took my Dad and I to multiple cities to help give my dad an idea of what you can get in different cities. Eileen was professional, she listened to my Dads concerns, and answered all his questions. I'm so happy Eileen was able to help my Father find the perfect place to call home. I have given both WALLY AND EILEEN'S names to friends, family and co-workers to help in finding, buying and selling homes. In fact I am so very grateful for Eileen who is currently helping a good friend of mine find a home in the area. He told me he is having problems getting other people to call him back to make appointments to see places, but he said "Eileen has been wonderful". When it's time to sell my Dads place I will be calling Eileen.

He also provided tips from the beginning to end - everything from the repairs, photos, pricing, open house, offers to review and consider, all the way to the closing process. I had to spend a considerable amount of time and money to get the house in shape. Seller did very little to remedy the situation. I would never trust making a deal with anyone they represent. In my experience, this realtor(s) failed to make sure his client came through with his obligations: delivering a home free of trash and in the condition it was advertised. My realtor requested a refund for the money I had to pay to clear out all of the trash left behind. I was never reimbursed.
