We had a few hiccups in the process of our purchase and Pam went literally above and beyond the scope of her responsibilities in assisting us to work through them. She always took time to patiently explain every aspect of the transaction process. She was always available to answer our many questions. On more than one occasion I told Pam that the only downside of dealing with her was that she spoiled us for everyone else we had to deal with. Warning!!!! Stay away!!! The worst experience over 20 years…read moreof buying and selling in the area. The do lie, make lots of mistakes, argue to get it fixed, and simply don't care to do the work. There is a lot of Extra fees they add after the estimate they originally provide!!!! ( $150 e-docusigh archive Escrow by law is required to do, but they want you to pay for it) et.c. The Escrow office Pam Deschuymere didn't care to read the purchase agreement, just did split all the fees 50/50 in between the buyer and the seller. We were shocked to see that kind of mistakes, then more mistakes ... Then she even left the office and we were not informed, just waisted the time waiting. I am guessing there is a reason why Pam had to quit at this office. Another officer took over, kept lying to everyone involved in the purchase till we reached out to the BIA and receive the proove from BIA that Nothing was submitted and we lost another month. As of now the escrow been going over 3 ( three) months, and they just submitted the doc's to BIA, even though promised it was done a month ago. We should have just go the another escrow and could get it all done by now instead of wasting another month due to Beatrice promise/ lie that all submitted. Does it get any worse? I would Not use them even for three. They probably only for the clients who has no knowledge on the Escrow process & fees and can be easily tricked by Escrow professionals :(

From high turnover, to working with so many different people, to bad communication etc. This was just scratching the surface. The year working with them was HORRIBLE. I even reached out to their manager and left a message to talk through some concerns. I politely asked for 15-20 min of his time on a call. Days and weeks later, I never got a call back. There were multiple mistakes on our listings we had to point out, no ownership of mistakes but rather people getting on defensive, pointing the finger back, no proper annual inspections (no reports at all), lack of management support or completely ineffective management support. Derek Lowe (Manager) only came in at the very end to escalate the situation rather than make it better. The company also lacks integrity. They kept referencing a valid Property Management Agreement that did not exist. I honestly don't understand why management and ownership were copied on so many emails in the past 3 years; they never actually helped with anything, ever. Jan the owner never reached out once. They just like to collect their 7% a month but do nothing to maintain a strong relationship with their customers. If I could give Hudson Property Management 0 stars, I would. Save yourself the migraine and stay away.

Now, I'm working with Trevor. Jan shut down the business for a day and give training to your folks. Have them call back when they say they are, give notification of personnel changes and have your folks provide accurate monthly statements.
