This will be my last update on this review. In the end of March after my husband lost his job, Haskell's decided to kick us out after we complained about them not fixing the water leak and water heater. Well, the mechanic had to do some Mickey Mouse thing to fix the water heater which has probably caused a gas leak without us even realizing until we received a letter from the gas company. The water faucet on the outside of the home has started leaking water more frequently as if the whole assembly needed to be changed few to corrosion and mold growing on it over the years. When my husband moved here in 2006, the place looked fine. I have decided to show some pictures of it's recent deterioration as well as parts of the house that's breaking down for the past 3 years. Here are a series of photos I have decided to take inside & outside the home before we completely move out. With the photo of the bulge sticking out of the ceiling, they never came to fix that after they repaired the roof. The water leakage from the ceiling that has weakened and thinned out the ceiling wall was pretty much left the way it is. From these photos, I hope to show the public how bad this makes the owner look. as we read from other reviews as well as the employees who work for the realty company also states that Paul doesn't take care of his tenants well. My final complaint would be that Haskell's left a notice on our gate asking for rent for the final month. Our visit to the office the month before, we have asked if we had to pay rent for the last month and they said we didn't have to because we had our deposit that can cover it. We have them recorded on my phone while we were talking to them so they didn't realize we recorded the conversation to see if they said something they wanted to lie about. Anyways, they're crooked to us. We were forced to give up our dogs to the animal shelter since many people refused to rent us property with our dogs. On the last note, Haskell's wanted us to clean out the house. Good luck cleaning out the stuff we left behind because they don't care if you are homeless or not. With the place full of termites, it doesn't matter now. read more

I am a CURRENT tenant going threw the most horrible situation with Haskell so called Property Management. Had a flood due to their old plumbing and 9 days later still living in hazardous conditions. Rusted nails sticking straight up exposed in three areas and I have a service dog. All they care about is their unit not getting mold but my health is not even a concern. They let me live in 2 inch water for 8 hours first day the a 29 hour straight in water. Then after that took out drywall and had high power fans blowing lead based dust flying all around or 4 days. I am still sitting in the dust. I still have no carpet. Do not rent fr them or have them manage your property. They're unprofessional and EXTREMELY rude. read more

They are rude!!. The lady & older guy were talking about tenants when I walked in to ask about current rentals. No greeting when I walked in, no "how can I help you?" They finished talking about the tenant they the lady asked WHAT DO YOU WANT?... Needless to say I did not end up getting a rental from them, after hearing the horror stories from past & current tenants. What a joke. read more

Haskell properties has managed my rentals for seven years. I found them to be totally professional, honest and straight forward. Renters who complain seem to misunderstand the concept of the rental business. They seem to think that the management company has all the solutions to the mistakes that the renters make. Renters must understand that this is a business, not a handout. Anytime my renters had a problem with my houses, it got fixed right now. When the renter called Haskell, Haskell called me and the problem was solved. I make it a point to recommend Haskell to anyone I know that attempts to rent their property themselves. Rudest people ive ever had to deal with, I haven't heard anything but bad reviews about them. They don't return calls, when you go into the office you are treated as if you're annoying them with questions, sometimes not even greeted when u enter the office. I would NEVER recommend them. & for the lady claiming "don't let the bad reviews fool you", bad reviews are definitely here for a reason... nothing good to say about this business at all I wish I could give no stars. read more
