Finally, we made the decision to change management this summer after we completed a remodel. I found Leanne in a Big Bear FB group online along with several other PMs who responded to a post I made about looking for new management. Leanne was the only one who provided helpful, tangible information when she reached out to me. We spoke and then I decided she and SkyHigh cabins would be our new managers. The onboarding process was smooth and detailed. They are extremely professional and walked me through the different stages of getting ready to "go live" on the various platforms they use. It took about 6 weeks to get everything completely switched over. But when we did go live in mid-October 2025, all I can say is WOW!! We've had 12 reservations made in just over a week's time! We didn't have 12 reservations in the last year total with the old company, so this has been very, very exciting for us. Aside from all of that, Leanne, Jennifer and their team are very communicative and helpful. If you are looking for new management, I cannot recommend them enough. Just do what they tell you to do, use their vendors, and follow their lead. They have figured out the algorithms and rental platforms to such a degree that your property will actually start to pay for itself. From high turnover, to working with so many different people, to bad communication etc. This was just scratching the surface. The year working with them was HORRIBLE. I even reached out to their manager and left a message to talk through some concerns. I politely asked for 15-20 min of his time on a call. Days and weeks later, I never got a call back. There were multiple mistakes on our listings we had to point out, no ownership of mistakes but rather people getting on defensive, pointing the finger back, no proper annual inspections (no reports at all), lack of management support or completely ineffective management support. Derek Lowe (Manager) only came in at the very end to escalate the situation rather than make it better. The company also lacks integrity. They kept referencing a valid Property Management Agreement that did not exist. I honestly don't understand why management and ownership were copied on so many emails in the past 3 years; they never actually helped with anything, ever. Jan the owner never reached out once. They just like to collect their 7% a month but do nothing to maintain a strong relationship with their customers. If I could give Hudson Property Management 0 stars, I would. Save yourself the migraine and stay away.

Darlene Noon is amazing! She placed us in our forever home, after helping us to sell our first…read morehome. It was a long journey of buyers falling through, and almost loss of our dream house. There were many times I just wanted to give up, but Darlene never quit. She worked so hard to find new buyers after numerous buyers fell through. She gave me space when I felt stressed, but continued to work hard in the background. It came down to just a couple weeks before we would lose our new house (a new build, that required a buyer for our old house in order for us to qualify) and we lost our buyer. I felt defeated, I told Darlene if we lost the new house, I wanted to take a long break from buying/selling. She continued to look for a new buyer, while staying in contact with the new build, desperately asking for more time extensions for us. We all thought it might be over, and then Darlene called and said she had another buyer, who loved our house. We received an offer the next day, and everything moved quickly after that.
