He helped me to get good workmen to do the little repairs that needed to be done before the close of escrow. I highly recommend Leo. He is honest, has a good work ethic and returns phone calls promptly. We had an issue with the title company after the deal was done. Leo was good to look into that and help us settle it. As a follow up, units nearby are now selling for double what we paid with Leo's help.
