Incompetent. Their Beaumont office made multiple errors in the documents. At one point wanted us to leave work, rush to their office, which was over an hour away from where we lived prior to close of escrow, to sign papers that turned out, were not for us! The worst thing Citrus Escrow did was FAIL to pay for our warranty insurance. It was part of our sales contract and the seller put funds in escrow to pay for the coverage. We had a waranty claim and found out there was no policy in force! MH at Citrus Escrow is awful! Lawsuit time! I have sent emails online to Citrus Escrow only to NOT receive a response. Monica of your Beaumont office made the mistake. She's been on notice of the error and has done nothing. Call her. She has my contact. read more

I did 2 loan signings for this company, because of an error they made on their end. There was payment allotted to me for both in the statement, but because a duplicate invoice didn't make it out to them with the docs I get shafted for half of my pay. I guess my time and effort driving across counties is worth nothing. You can judge the ethics they operate under for yourself. read more
