I basically needed someone to come to me with a brand new tire and change it out for my old one. The first place wasn't able to accommodate my request so I called M&M. They sent a very nice man out about 10 minutes after I called, who came and took my old tire, then went back to M&M to get me a new one. It took him like a minute to take off and 2 minutes to put back on. I was stranded on the side of the road, got a new tire and it changed for me all under a hour. ( if I didn't call them, I was looking at a 3 hour wait for my husband to get there.) Hands down best service, both customer and professional. Fast, friendly with fair prices! I made sure to get a card from the gentleman who changed my tire bc i will be calling them in the future for ALL my tire needs and will be telling friends and family.

They told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle, and told me I had to pay an additional $185 for the tow. When I told them I didn't agree with this additional payment they threatened to take my vehicle from me. I paid the money under duress, drove the vehicle home, and once again, upon exiting the vehicle saw that the oil was still leaking continually, if not worse than before. These people did nothing but lie repeatedly for no other reason other than the sake of lying. They cursed me out repeatedly, I was threatend to have my vehicle stolen from me, and I was robbed $1685 dollars. This is only half of the horror story. The good news is that every event, email, and text message has been well-documented. Stay away from Lunch Box Garage unless you want to subject yourself to the abuse of these liars and thieves.

In the middle of the day, they called to tell me the cleaning had not completely resolved the issue and recommended replacing the spark plugs and ignition coils. I agreed to the additional work, but at no point during that phone call did they tell me what it would cost. Imagine my shock when I arrived to pick up my car and was handed a bill for $1,600! Going from a service that was supposed to cost less than $300 to a $1,600 bill without clearly communicating the additional cost beforehand is absolutely unacceptable.

Everything was clearly itemized, the work was done professionally, and the 24,000-mile warranty plus parts warranty made me feel confident I'm set for a while. Pricing was fair and matched what I was expecting for a full brake/rotor job on an SUV. Jenna was a standout -- friendly, organized, and proactive. She even called to follow up when she didn't receive my email. That level of care matters. Steve (Owner) was also fantastic! If you want a shop that's honest, communicative, and does solid work, this is the place. NOTE: Please update your company name on Yelp, as it does not ay 'Palumbo's Car Care Center' it only says "Car Care Cetner" and made it very hard to find you!

From the moment I pulled up, I felt welcome and like they weren't going to try and sell me things I didn't need. The oil change was quick and they also replaced my filters (which I know needed replacement). They honored my coupon and were very polite. I spoke to about 3 different mechanics in my short time there and they were all professional and polite. They even walked me to the car at the end and opened the door for me. This may seem small, but I've never gotten this treatment at any other car place before. Afterwards, my car was making a weird sputtering sound and I brought it back. The manager took a look and saw there was some dirt left on the filter sensor. He personally blew out the dirt and had others deep clean the filter area. Would it have been nice to have it cleaned this well the first time? Yes. But I appreciate the time they took in making it right and they were again professional and polite throughout the experience and did not try to tell me something else was wrong with my car.
