They can handle diagnosis of obscure problems and will charge a reasonable amount for necessary repairs. They are sometimes busy so you should get an appointment, but whether it is for normal vehicle inspections, some little noise you can't figure out, or for major engine problems this is the right place to take your vehicle for repair.

I can't say enough and there aren't enough stars to put on a review!!! Had a transmission start to go on a 2018 Suburban, and left it in the lot on a Sunday after speaking with Mitch on Friday. I did not expect them to even get to it on Monday since this was not scheduled or anything. Got a call Monday with diagnosis, estimate, and an expected completion date. He called a few days later to update me on the progress and even confirmed it would be done sooner than initially expected. The rebuild included road testing, and the odometer proved that was done sufficiently. The bill came in just a bit lower than the estimate. I had done my research on this beforehand, and spoken to others with the same vehicle and knew this was a fair price. I am confident I wasn't ripped off. No BS, not shady, no surprises. Just fair, honest business. This place is one of very few left out there that you can trust.

A Big Shout Out to Ron and His Team - Honest, Professional, and Top-Notch Service!…read more I want to give a big shout out to Ron and his team for their outstanding service. From the beginning, they were focused on helping us--not just making a sale. Ron took the time to review all the photos I sent, tried to troubleshoot the issue remotely, and genuinely looked for ways to save us money before even coming out. When it became clear a visit was needed, they showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, got the necessary parts, and had us back on the road in no time. No price gouging, no runaround--just honest, professional work from a team that clearly cares. Ron and his crew were kind, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. We truly appreciate everything they did. Highly, highly recommend them. Thank you again! Mark and Kitty Wynn Transportation

After spending over $1200 and two trips to different auto shops, the problem still wasnt fixed. I then went to Cole's praying I wouldnt have to put out unneccesary money and walk out with the same problem on my hands for a third time- well.. third times a charm! Cole's over exceeded my expectations and is now my familys number one go-to auto shop. From the moment I walked in the door until picking my truck when it was finished, I was kept in contact with and up to date on the progress. I was only charged $500 for the entire repair! Not only was it affordable, the customer service and quality of work spoke for itself. Prior to starting the work on my Expedition Mr. Cole contacted me with an estimate and fully explained what the problem was in terms I could actually undersand. He also went over with me where the numbers came from with parts and labor needed to fix the emmision problem. I hope this will save someone the headache and hole in the pocket that I suffered before finding a shop with the quality of work Cole's has to offer- there is absolutely no comparison in the area.
