I explained the problem to the person who answered the call (Mary) and she told me she thought they had a service technician out our way and she would call him to see if he could help us. Mary called me right back and said he could be there shortly. The technician arrived shortly after (Pete) and he checked over our problem and gave me a price. Pete got right to work on it and was out of here in about an hour and 15 minutes. I'm not sure if we would have got anyone else to come if they weren't available and we might not have had water for a couple days. Thank you Charlton Well, Mary and Pete for resolving our problem so quickly.

Jason came out and although he couldn't fix it for 2 weeks he connected a tempo pump and tank into a 250 gal. tank I had. On the day he was scheduled he showed up with a full crew (including his dad) and within 4 hours has dug a new well, trenched a new water pipe, and installed a new tank and pump in the basement. Jason went out of his way to get us water. When you call the office you will talk to his wife and she is an absolute delight to work with! This is a great family owned business.

I purchased a home in Marlborough CT that had its original well from 1972. It was 140 ft deep and…read moreduring my home inspection upon purchased of the home, the well was said to barely perform at standard requirement but passed. The very first day we moved in, we ran out of water. This "running out of water" cycle continued daily for years. We were apprehensive about having guests because if we flushed the toilets or took showers or ran the dishwasher the house was out of water for 3-4 hours. I had enough and decided to get a new well. Call Dalmik directly if you want a new well or have questions. Do NOT and I repeat DO NOT go through Banner Water. Banner wanted to charge me $15K-$20K to put the well in and they weren't even doing the well drilling and that price didn't even include excavating the line from the well to the house. They were up charging like 80% cost. I still cannot believe this practice is even legal. Luckily I called Dalmik directly. They came to my house within 1 day. Drilled my well. I must admit I am a lucky one because the new well is like 18 gallons a minute. It produces enough water to irrigate a golf course for eternity. They were honest. Provided great service. They were fair. Most importantly they did the job RIGHT the first time!

He texted when he was leaving to come and was there right about 1 hour later (the exact timing of the entire drive). Justin was great (polite and professional)...looked it over and discussed options and decided I needed a new tank. Only problem was I had company coming for the upcoming weekend and couldn't afford to wait to the following week to get it serviced. Justin spoke with Cliff and decided he would arrange his schedule to get the tank in. Said he would be down the next afternoon and showed up at noon the next day. Completed swap out with ease and we were back in business. Justin was so good, I left my young son with him so that I could take a few calls for work. He made it so my son felt like he was part of the job and he even quizzed him in math!!! I would go but I think by now you get the picture. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. It is hard in this day and age to get polite, profession and honest people...but these guys are.

The pump failed. Shorted out. We had no water. In a quick panic we called the Laframboise company and they told us it would be 370 per hour to come and check the pump due to the holiday and weekend, that it would all be overtime work. Not the warm concerned people they was when selling us the well. Christmas was a disaster"... The cooking the cleaning the company traveling long distances to join us for our Christian holiday celebration , The one time a year everyone gets to get together all at one time. By Monday we all got to smelling pretty funny we called a electrician, The electrician called a few people after all the testing he did and found a pump person to come and pull the pump on Tuesday our 4 th day without water our suspicions being correct , We had not one but 3 shorts. One short was due to the schmucks pinching the wires in the pipe cap. I mean you think it was their first day, The other two further down the line due to only 2 shock suppressors put on 60 feet of pipe,,, The shotty work they did ... The wires not properly taped to the water line completely was the fault. I am saying do not call these Jumoke's. The people who came fixed all the shorts added more suppressors and taped the electrical wires to the pump in several places... Save yourself time and money. I will post this on google, yelp and everywhere I can post to warn the public of their shotty work, I contacted the company for a refund, long story short, I got a email from the president saying that he was sorry this happen to us and if we contacted them they would of helped us...( lol are you kidding me) We did contact them and it would have been double the normal rate we was encouraged to wait until Tuesday, ..... The VP Earl was zero help I mean zero.... the president was the same out of all the inconveniences they caused us and several other families attending our holiday celebration from abroad we only asked for the mere 500 and change dollars spent on the labor and parts. They would not refund us and our inconveniences all due to their sloppy workmanship. I would not recommend this company not even to another planet.
