Saleslady said they were honest and dependable and that she had her own car serviced there. The shop itself would be easy to overlook from the highway. However, good things come in small packages, and this shop is a REAL TREASURE. Extremely clean waiting area, very kind and competent staff, and very reasonable prices. Every customer who came in while i was waiting was treated with outstanding kindness, patience and respect. The car hasn't run this well in ages! After tune-up with some parts replaced, and oil change - driving up Broadway it ran so smoothly that i found myself on the verge of speeding in my 200,000 mile 2009 car. If you are from Knoxville, or if like me you find yourself in Knoxville suddenly needing automotive service without knowing anything about the local providers, you can't go wrong with All Tune and Lube! They certainly came to my rescue today!

Did my initial research and contacted various dealers in my area and experienced either one of two responses: 1) Putting money down but could be a year and need to be flexible on model 2) Attempting to sell me used (one was actually 40% higher than new or a six year old model w ripped seats for not that much cheaper as new one!) I worked up courage to walk out of the local dealerships and expanded my search to neighboring states and found my new Kawasaki at Mountain Motorsports in Kodak. It was refreshing to find a small town dealer who was more interested in what I wanted vs what they wanted to sell me despite the sellers market. On top of that, they put together a deal within minutes that was very reasonable w no gamesmanship. So ask for John Brady, here is the awesome service he provided: 1) He made sure near closing time that I am aware of all features 2) He made sure ski was hooked up safely for my 4 hour drive home 3) He patiently answered all of my rookie questions as a first time jet ski owner 4) He followed up weekly to check in on how I'm enjoying my jet ski and answer questions

He quickly coordinated an appointment to tint my girlfriend's Highlander as a special birthday surprise. While we were there, I decided to add a windshield tint to my car (which had a brand-new windshield installed recently), and they knocked it out perfectly. His daughter Khloe at the front desk was an absolute pleasure to deal with--friendly, professional, and made the whole experience even better. I love supporting family-owned businesses like this one, and it really shows in their attention to detail and customer care. As a bonus, I picked up some BullSnot detailing sprays while I was there, and that stuff works amazingly well! The team did excellent work on both vehicles, and they had everything finished in under 2 hours. Highly recommended--if you're in Knoxville, this is the place to go for top-notch window tinting!
