First , i want to say that i rarley make online comments but being a business owner myself i felt i had to tell how professional steven and his crew were. I brought them 5 very expensive jackets to have embroidered for gifts for my crew for Christmas. These jackets were very hard to find. Through some miscommunication they were done in the wrong color. To put it mildly ,i was unhappy. They had new jackets shipped direct to them and had them finished well before Christmas at a huge loss to the store. Steven's is the best! I run with a team that is sponsored by Adidas. Adidas had shipped our team shirts for a sponsored media event and race series in Chicago. Our team leader is an icon in the global running community and she was making an appearance for the event. UPS LOST THE SHIPMENT WITH OUR SHIRTS! ARGH! Love Steven's Silkscreening and Embroidery great staff and extremely helpful. I've had them design club gear for wrestling teams. Embroider personal things for myself.
