The gentleman who helped me get my fingerprinting for my new job was not only kind and helpful, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the ins, outs and pitfalls of this process. In one sitting, Coach Ezra walked me through what the procedure should have been but wasn't. If I knew about this beforehand, it would have saved me 4 hours of driving (from out of state) as the state and county offices where I live could not tell me. Even the state licensing board of my future job could not explain the process in any detail. Coach Ezra clearly explained what should have happened, the fingerprinting process and what to expect. I recommend this family run business to every applicant applying to work in the state of Illinois who is required to have fingerprinting.

Hank also generally seems to be a pleasant person. When there was a mistake in the number of items in my order, Hank offered me a refund on the missing items. He also removed a mistaken charge on my order when I brought it to his attention. If you are a church/school, he will also give you a slight discount. However, I personally will not be using this company again because of the level of frustration I experienced due to the lack of communication that made me unsure up until the last minute if my order would be completed on time. I did not get a quote on pricing and confirmation on my order until the morning of my event despite attempting to finalize it about a week before. Because of everything being so last minute, I missed the fact that the wrong logo had been printed for half of my order (something that is partially my fault because I did confirm the final proof but was focused on a different mistake being fixed, and I thought I had listed the name of the correct logo file on at least three previous emails). The order was completed despite the rush, but left me in a frazzled state in the days leading up to the order. To me, the frustration and anxiety was not worth it.

I had previously ordered shirts for my daughter's team from another company, but they came out dull, lacking color and detail--they looked unfinished. My daughter was heartbroken. Jonathan took the time to understand our needs and review our artwork. He assured me not only that he could reproduce our design as intended, but that he would involve me throughout the process. True to his word, he sent me photos for approval before printing the full batch. The quality was outstanding, and the fine details came through beautifully. With school starting next week, I searched for a local shirt printing shop instead of an online shirt printing business to avoid potential delays in shipping. Skokie Printing not only accepted my t-shirt printing request, they also graciously cleaned up the image I wanted without me asking or realizing it had to be. I've never ordered shirts to be printed until now, so I don't know much about it. I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later. And this is to no fault of the artist who designed the graphic for me. I must've done something unknowingly after I received the file. I'm thankful for Jonathan's initiative and professionalism. The shirts are beautifully printed and very much appreciated. Impressed with turnaround time. For future shirt printing orders, I know where to go in the future. TL/DR; Great quality, service, and communication. Professional. Reasonable pricing. Go here for shirt printing.
