The gentleman who helped me get my fingerprinting for my new job was not only kind and helpful, but he is extremely knowledgeable about the ins, outs and pitfalls of this process. In one sitting, Coach Ezra walked me through what the procedure should have been but wasn't. If I knew about this beforehand, it would have saved me 4 hours of driving (from out of state) as the state and county offices where I live could not tell me. Even the state licensing board of my future job could not explain the process in any detail. Coach Ezra clearly explained what should have happened, the fingerprinting process and what to expect. I recommend this family run business to every applicant applying to work in the state of Illinois who is required to have fingerprinting.

With school starting next week, I searched for a local shirt printing shop instead of an online shirt printing business to avoid potential delays in shipping. Skokie Printing not only accepted my t-shirt printing request, they also graciously cleaned up the image I wanted without me asking or realizing it had to be. I've never ordered shirts to be printed until now, so I don't know much about it. I didn't realize the graphic I'd submitted would come out blurry or pixelated if it had been printed the way I'd sent it in; that's how clueless I am about shirt printing. I only realized later.
