I argued with Paul, the owner to get my deposit back and he refused. I told him I was going to file a civil suit against his business. He laughed and said that I wouldn't waste my time with court as most busy people wouldn't waste their time. Obviously he's done this before. Take you business elsewhere.

Online it said it was size YM (10-12).  It was way way too small for my 11 year old son, who is one of the smallest in his class.  I have purchased him size YM in many other brands and usually they are too large for him. Their website says, "We pride ourselves on our great customer service, so we will always work with our customers so they are 100% satisfied." I am not satisfied even 1%. Don't waste your money.

We discussed different shirt options and different printing options based on what we were trying to do with the shirts. I was able to place my order online and they got back to me with an estimate and a proof to approve the work order. They were able to get it done by my requested due date however, with the extreme weather, the store ended up closing so I thought I wouldn't be able to pick it up. I figured I could just delay and pick it up Monday when they reopened but I received a phone call on Friday to let me know that someone will be at the store for an hour to facilitate pickups since the item was due for pickup that day. I told them that I wouldn't be able to get out there in the next hour but they went above and beyond and offered to drop it off. I had no plans on leaving the house in subzero weather so I was extremely grateful that someone was able to drop off our order at home. Talk about service! I am so impressed and so glad that I ended up choosing to work with them. I am so happy with how the shirts turned out and the ability to deliver far exceeded my expectations!

The morning I was leaving for a bachelorette party I found out the person I originally hired to make shirts for this special weekend fell through and didn't do anything. I was scrambling to find someone last minute because I had 17 plain t-shirts that needed something on it. I did a search on google and came across Fresh Concepts Enterprises. I called told them what happened and the predicament I was in. They said they would call me back after they check if they could have them done that day. I received a call back that overjoyed me! They said they would do them because this is a special weekend for the bride. So amazing!! I was leaving that morning for Lake Geneva and was trying to find someone to pick up the shirts. The receptionist mentioned one of the ladies lived in Williams Bay. I cannot tell you how kind and helpful everyone was when I arrived. I was introduced to Deb when I got there she was a sweetie. I showed her a picture of what I wanted on the shirt, and she already had it because she did that print recently. What took my breath away was Deb offered to bring the shirts with her that night since she was already going to be in Lake Geneva. WOW!! It was a coincidence that everything was falling in place like it was meant to be. I called Deb later that night when we were on our way to dinner, and she came to the restaurant five minutes later to drop off the shirts. They have good quality fabrics and especially good quality thread. They repair sewing machines, so when the old 1960s Kenmore machine I bought needed a cleaning and adjustment I brought it in. It was returned cleaned, oiled and with a new correct needle. I also purchased a set of needles for different things. I mostly just mend clothing, but I have a periodic older visitor who uses the machine for her quilting projects, so I wanted it to be in top shape. In addition they sell very high quality machines that are borderline commercial systems you can program to do all kinds of fancy projects. Service here is very friendly. They also have classes!

But today I took an actual class on machine embroidery and had a blast. I learned so much and learned how to do things correctly. Being self taught isn't always the best. My intention was to save up more money for a sewing only Babylock machine. But they had a trade in embroidery and sewing machine for the exact same price as the new machine. After some testing of the machine and negotiations with the husband the Adventura II came home with me. For the class I used a Babylock Aria that had ALL the bells and whistles.
