IF I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS I WOULD I HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. First, I was trying to book and find out more details about a trip to Cancun. I messaged him and I never got a reply back. I followed up and I got a "I'll send the info a little later" and months later still nothing. I should not have to follow up with you to get info about a trip that was supposed to happen this month at the latest next month. So if you want to be ignored go ahead and use this business! read more

Steven's travel services was amazing! It saved me the hassle of hours online looking for the best deal. My family and i traveled to Cabo San Lucas for a friends wedding but we also wanted to spend time as a family at a separate resort. Jessica was very helpful finding the perfect family friendly resort that was close the wedding. Thank you so Jessica for making my life that much easier!!! I will be booking with them for all future travels. read more

I rented a party bus that held 20 people to celebrate my birthday. I was so undecided where to go since I had such a large crowd. Steven got us on a guest list for a club with free entry! The bus experience was so much fun, the driver was on time to pick us up and was very patient and attentive to my friends and I. The bus waited outside for us while we enjoyed ourselves in the club. Unfortunately some people had to go back to the bus and our bus driver ensured they were all safe in the bus until our entire group met up to finally leave the club. Overall great experience, and the party bus was so much fun. I would defiantly recommend Steven's services to anyone. Thank you Steven! read more

A couple of us just got back from the best trip thanks to Steven! Steven coordinated our flights and hotels to ensure that we had the best deal for our rooms and seats. Even though we changed our minds a million times, Steven was so patient and helped us each step of the way while getting us the best deals. We lost our limo ride back from the airport because we changed our flight so many times but he even came to airport to give us a ride himself. We will definitely book our future vacations with him. Highly recommended!! read more

I've never dealt with a Travel Agent before, and was pretty skeptical of Steven - to say the least. He assured me he was 100% legit and would take great care of me & my girls. I decided to book with him for my 30th Birthday bash in Vegas. He helped with our suite at Vdara, our Helicopter Ride, show to Zumanity... any questions I had he was there to answer. I'm still here in Vegas, but before I forgot, I wanted to make sure I shared the great experience I had! I'll definitely be booking with him again in the future! Thanks a bunch Steve! My girls & I are having a GREAT time! read more

Steven helped me plan out my best friend's bachelorette weekend. There were 11 girls and most had never been to Vegas, so it was very important to me that they received the best. Steven was able to deliver. We had bottle service at 3 nightclubs and 1 Day club. He set up our ride and table at the Men of Sapphire club too. All the girls had a blast and Steven was there every step of the way. read more

Hi, Either I am getting lazier or I simply prefer to make things easier. My best friend and I were looking to set up a weekend in LV. It so happened to be on a very busy weekend out there, with that said; we were not excited about the potential long lines as far as entertainment was concerned. We were referred to Steven by a trusted friend. We expressed our desires for our weekend out. Everything was done via text which made it a lot easier. (I am sure you can call if you prefer that method) It was simple: We do not want to stand in line waiting to get in. Because who likes to stand around?? Bottle Service/ seating for our arrival night Pool party following day He was able to exceed our needs. Sent all information for arrival night club entry, and following day pool party info. Somewhat like an itinerary. (location, times, costs, names for VIP list) Not only did he send us to some great and fun places. We did not wait at all to get in. The simplicity of it all made our LV trip go over smoothly! No need to worry or trying to figure out where to go or pricing. You will be aware of all of that before arriving to your destination. I will definitely use Steven's services in the foreseeable future. XOXO B read more

I want to begin my thanking Stevens Travel Services! Specifically Jessica! Jessica went out of her way to ensure my family's dream vacation to Europe was a success! Everything was hassle free...from requesting my destinations, to the impeccable hotels (5 stars), and incredible transportation to and from each destination! To begin with, my kids were so amazed to get picked up in a limousine to begin our adventure! Our flights were superb! Transportation was coordinated to and from each destination which gave me piece of mind because I didn't know the language to the countries we were visiting. Every detail I had asked for was delivered! All hotels were in the center of every location I desired to be in! There was no way I could have done this on my own! Thank you Jessica for making our dream come true! Paris...Rome...and Barcelona were memorable and will always remain dear to our hearts! Thank you sooo much! I will ALWAYS use your service! I use to use Orbitz to book vacations...NEVER AGAIN! Booking on my own was stressful and not knowing whether you are going to encounter is very stressful for me! Jessica you did EVERYTHING for me and for that I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more

I just got back fr Cabo! Which steven took good care of everything , from the airline booking, hotel and transpo. It was my first time to book thru travel agent- I usually book everything on my own. But since Im a little bit hesitant to travel during this pandemic I wante dto make sure that I am safe ans the place that I will go will keep me safe as well. And now Im back from my vacation in Cabo san Lucas. Steven booked us in hardrock hote in cabo which was the best hote with best customer service! They made you fee very special, inspite of the limitless food and liquor, not to mention the coffee shop and bakery and room sercice non stop. The food was presented like youre in a fine dining resto, and taste really really good the hotel wa snew very clean and modern. The spa! Oh my god treated us like king and queen! So if I could honestly give a Zero I would. The service is horrible to non existent, I don't know how someone stays in business with out communicating I have called emailed and even reached out via social media to no avail. if you are looking for a place that promises everything and deliver nothing you got the right company they are a joke , funny how they reply to all negative yelps but not to the customers . I will never be recommending this place again and will definitely be making sure people really know how much a flake this place is. Sincerely disappointed read more

I've used Steven's services twice and both of them have been pretty amazing . He hooked it up with a pool side couch in Vegas for a pool party that the group had a blast at. What made it better was that it was our friends first time doing the pool party scene. Will def use his services again next time I'm there. He also was able to get a limo for a friends bday celebration on 2 days notice. He went out of his way to make sure we had a limo that he even drove it himself. From the first call to the drop off he answered every question I had . Will definitely use the limo service again. The limo was emasculate as well. Very good taken care of. My parents and I booked our trip to Playa Del Carmen with Jessica from Steven Travel Services in August! It was the first time we used a travel service but the prices were great and we loved that you can make payments, which is always nice when you are going with a group. In my group, it was my husband, our two small children, and my parents. Working with Jessica was great from the start: She was responsive, pleasant, flexible and PROFESSIONAL, which is something I am always looking for. She helped me find a family friendly resort to accommodate our children and even requested all the room accommodations for my parents (which I am not used to, because I generally do this myself). Shortly after we booked our trip, I found out I was pregnant and wanted to see what our options were in the case we needed to cancel. She was understanding and prompt with her response, and clearly explained what my options were (I was surprised that I even had options!). In the end, we decided to keep our travel plans and I am so glad we did. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Jessica arranged transportation services to and from our resort, which made things sooo much easier, especially when you are travelling with children or large parties! On top of all that, she WOW'd us when she threw in complimentary transportation to the airport in a LIMO . I travel often, but this is the first time working with a travel service and I will definitely continue to use them in the future! Thank you so much Jessica and Stevens Travel Services for an unbeatable experience! read more

Extremely reliable, professional, amazing good deals. Steve is so quick at answering questions and was able to get me a great room rate at the Flamingo in Vegas in October for a bachelorette weekend. Yet, recently on Thanksgiving weekend, Steve was able to obtain a last minute Limousine less than 5 days prior to the event. He beat everyone's quote and we couldn't of been more happier with the Mercedes Sprinter he got us for a party of 14. Everything was set up nicely with a little special touch. The driver, which happened to be Steve, was prompt and dressed very professionally. Thank you Steve for being such an honest and reliable travel agent. We definitely are blessed to have been able to have known of you from a referral of a mutual client and will be using your services again in the future, you're the BEST! If you choose Steve's Travel you will not regret it! read more

I recently booked a party bus from South Orange County to Dodgers Stadium, and I was presently surprised with the amount of attention and detail my party received. Immediately upon contacting Steven, I was able to get a photos and videos to the specific bus I wanted to rent, the prices, and what was included in each vehicle. The booking aspect was quick and easy. Steven took down my info, filled out all the paperwork basically, and sent me a completed quote within a few minutes. The day of the event, Steven provided a FREE OF CHARGE UPGRADE to my party! Which made the event that much more enjoyable for our group of 20. We did encounter one issue with the audio, which was quickly fixed with a walk-through over the phone by Steven. This quickly got the party going, and we were off. The service provided by Steven and the driver of the bus, were second to none, and I hope to be using Steven's services many times over throughout the years.
