Heidi helped me plan a trip with my girlfriend this summer to Puerto Vallarta! We were presented with multiple options to different kinds of all-inclusive resorts in our price range that made everything so simple for us. This included the flights around the times we wanted, transportation to the hotel from the airport, a great stay at the Puerto Vallarta Hilton, and all of the transportation back. We were even given information about all the new Covid-19 needs to keep us safe and how we needed to get tested before returning home. On top of that Heidi also gave us a list of excursions outside of the hotel. This fun list of possibilities was the cherry on top of the 4-day vacation with the decision to go on a luxury yacht ride around the bay that included drinks (alcoholic and non), snacks, and lunch. Then we arrived at a secluded beach for snorkeling, a banana boat ride, paddleboards, and kayaks. The trip was exactly what we needed this summer to get back out into the world and travel again. CTA travel agency Cerritos always had phone issue claim the best communication is to email. There was a group of 26 of us travel to Brussel ,Amsterdam and Paris. Our agent Christ used a third party to make all reservations. (Not good) The hotel choice was nice the accommodation was unacceptable, 1. the double bed rooms was single beds 2. A few of us had to stay at different hotel. 3. A senior lady had to get a room someplace for the night because of lack of communication with CTA travel to third party. After traveling eleven hours out of the Country, get to hotel to find out you don't have a room although you paid months in advance not good news to hear on arrival. I've requested several times for my proof of detail room payment at the hotels stay with my name on it, I was provided ion CTA travel letter head a typed statement nothing from Esther hotels? Christ excuse was that's all she had and it's under the group name. The group didn't pay for my hotel stay..,.The service is not good at CTA travel, where did my money go???? I still waiting for a return call. I will say the travel package was very detail with all correct travel documents needed for both cities and tours . Update: Yes, I am sure the 'main contact' said things were fine, because of her work relationship with a connected family member. Trust me, things were not fine. But thank you for taking the time to reply. To address the other statements: 1. Fun fact- when you fly from London to Dublin to USA... there is a custom stop in Dublin. 2. We requested different hotels than what was originally presented because we prefer to stay in nicer hotels. 4. Pick up time was changed only after we noticed the pick-up time was the same time as the connecting flight home, and things were only changed the evening before, and we did not have confirmation that the driver would be there. There was a bit of anxiety as the driver was 30 minutes late too (I do understand, the driver late is not your fault). The hotline was not called as we called the phone number on our printed documents for the car time adjustment. Unfortunately, the number that was given was incorrect. After that, we contacted your travel agent directly. There was no reach out from the company to any of the other travelers about their experience after returning home. Best wishes. read more

She seriously was on top of things. She got us the best rates on our flights and made the whole process seamless. It was our first trip to WDW and we had a blast. No issues with flights or hotel. My husband and I just returned from our Italian honeymoon not too long ago. The flight there which consisted of 3 stops before the final destination was tiring but bearable. Jade was very thorough and sweet to write step by step directions out to ensure we got to our destination (I was super stressed). We spent two nights on Capri island and the hotel booked by Jade was seriously right by the water. It was so relaxing to hear the seagulls and shoremen start their day in the morning and the beautiful sunrise/sunset. Relais Maresca is a wonderful hotel which had their dining on the roof top. It was pretty entertaining when the seagulls would steal the food off our plates when we just turned around for a quick minute. Ah, it is not everyday you get to fight with these guys lol Two days later, we flew to Rome to join our trafalgar tour family. First time booking with them and it was a nice experience overall. The only complaint I had on trafalgar's end was the "optional excursions." It seemed like everything you would expect to be included, was not and you had to pay extra. The add ons came out to be an additional 600 bucks for two people. Other than that, everything was peachy. Our 10 day stay flew by with good memories of gelato and cappuccino as well as the not so good memories of bathroom use being .60-1.50 euro (yikes!) and mediocre, pricey food. It was fun Italy but we are definitely glad to be back in the states where we have awesome food, good prices and free bathrooms. Jade was very helpful and responsive throughout the booking process. I've bought a 530$ ticket from Virginia to California, and the next day when my daughter had the flight they had told her she didn't have a seat!This is unacceptable!! Called asking for a a quote on visa fees. After asking a few times if she knew what the fee was. She could not, or did not answer me. All she could tell me is if I check the website it will have the info and just go through it online. I asked her, if I am getting a visa, wouldn't I have to bring her my passport. She said no. I used Justin Dolan and Jade Chiarini to help with my honeymoon to Bali, Indonesia. It was my first experience using a travel agent after being to Indo several times and many other places. I have to say, it was the smoothest trip I have ever been on and we travel easy - a lot. The rates they secured were better than anything I could have secured and we had an amazing tour guide/driver to and from the airport and one day in UBUD. I have NEVER been on a "tour" as it seems hokey and too touristy for my taste. This time was epic and we knocked out all of the sightseeing in one day with NO hassles as we were with experienced locals who knew all the tricks. It would have taken us days to see all the neat stuff we did but instead we were able to maximize beach/pool time and still check all the boxes. First time (and the last) I will use CTA Travel to book my cruise vacation. It started out ok. I gave them dates and my desired cruise destination, to which they made a good recommendation, a reservation, and a guaranteed price. Since cruising is quite expensive, I asked them if waiting a week would have any ramifications (so I could wait until the next billing cycle on my credit card). "No problem" was their response. When I went to book with CTA the next week, the agent informed me that the PRICE HAD GONE UP and shortly after, that they could no longer reserve my room (even though they promised to) because the cruise had SOLD OUT. I would have not waited the week if they had said I may lose my reservation or have to pay more. I made it very clear to the agent JADE CHIARINI that these were my concerns. Oh, and JADE promised to send me (via email) cruise choices and prices within 1 day our our initial contact. I finally got the email 2 days later, but only after calling to reminder her.
